You had us park almost 1/2 mile away from playhouse, there was plenty of parking closer. The lot In which you chose for us to park ticketed us for parking. We tried to sell tickets but you gave us a day to do so, unacceptable.

Convenient

It was easy and convenient to pre pay for parking. Stubhub gave clear instructions on where to park and the exact address was given. I would definitely use StubHub again

Great communication

Everything was very smooth from ordering and receiving digital tickets to booking a parking pass. StubHub kept in contact with me between booking in November and the concert in July, they sent calendar reminders, and generally just checked in, which I found helpful I didn’t feel like I’d paid my money then here you go here’s your digital ticket figure it out!!! Will definitely use them again and 100% recommend.

Double the cost to pre-pay!

I never recied the email to access the actual ticket(QR). Thankfully I showed the attendant my receipt and was allowed in. Crazy that I was Charged 58.00 to pre pay. Not knowing the charge at the door was 30.00. I understand charging for convienence fees but that was close to double the cost!

Best concert that I've ever been to

Best concert that I've ever been to. And I'm actually going back in November to see them in Atlanta. The ticket process was easy and the venue is always nice. It was just too hot to be standing in the lines 😩, but I preserved!! Worth the almost heat-stroke 😉

I had a seamless, phenomenal experience. My tickets were delivered two days before the concert. The link clearly worked prior to and at the venue. Tickets were as promised although could have been cheaper (that’s my one gripe).

Buying the tickets was easy

Buying the tickets was easy. The show was unbelievable, almost a religious experience. I would have loved to watch show indefinitely. The reason for the 2 stars was the venue. The seats were maybe fit for 6th graders before puberty. The seats were small and there was no legroom. I had never been to the Giant Center at Hershey before and I will never go back. It is a shame to have a performer of this caliper perform at such a place
