Awesome show, great seats for the price
Easy purchase, easy delivery although I would prefer to have the tickets delivered so I can put them in my Apple Wallet. I had to print these. I’m not sure StubHub has any control over this.
Thank you for a wonderful experience! The concert was excellent, and my daughter had a fantastic time!! A++
Always enjoy going to Gillette Stadium, it’s one of my favorite places to be!!!
Finding a parking pass was easy & quick. Will definitely use StubHub to purchase tickets & parking passes
Easy to access. Love ability to view available seats and what experience will be
The experience was simple and easy. No complaints.
Really smooth deal and transparent pricing. Highly recommended!
THANK YOU StubHub!! Trying to attend a second BTS concert was an impulsive decision but StubHub made that dream a reality. There were plenty of venue & seating options. The transaction was easy. We scored suite tickets for the price of our original 100-level tickets. It wasn’t instant download, which can cause a little stress, BUT the tickets were released 2 weeks before the concert date and I was able to easily download/retrieve them. Everything went smoothly at the venue as well.
First time user of StubHub. Purchasing was easy, however getting the ticket was another story. I am assuming the seller did not know the platform. Maybe she was new to StubHub too. My ticket was supposedly sent 3 hours before the show, but I did not get it. I was in a panic, because it would take me at least 45 minutes to get to the concert. In addition, I was recently injured, which meant it would take longer. I used StubHub's chatbot, emailed, and finally found a phone number. This took me approximately 1.5-2 hours. Again, I was new to StubHub. The representative was amazing and called the seller multiple times. She even called me to make sure that I got my ticket. She went above and beyond!
I wish I could give Stubhub 0 stars. I made the mistake of trusting them and their bogus “100% customer guarantee” one too many times, and now I’m out over $2100 and many hours of my time. I sold four World Cup tickets via StubHub, transferred my tickets to their custody, received confirmation from StubHub that I had fulfilled my obligations, and was later told that the transaction had been cancelled. Now, I’m going to have to take them to court to get my money back.
Buying the tickets was a smooth process. Everything turned out exactly as Stub Hub said it would! No problems at all and no worries either! I would definitely use and recommend them anytime!
I purchased two tickets through StubHub for Chris Stapleton at the Gorge Amphitheatre. My order confirmation clearly showed Section 201, Row 25, but StubHub delivered tickets for Section 204, Row 7 instead. The incorrect tickets were not delivered until the day before the event. I contacted customer service immediately and was told they would investigate, but no meaningful update or resolution was provided. I did not attend the concert or use the tickets. StubHub is now refusing to refund the $548.85 purchase because the event has passed—even though I reported the issue as soon as the tickets were delivered. I paid for specific tickets and received different ones. Based on my experience, StubHub’s customer protection and issue-resolution process did not provide the support I expected. I would not purchase tickets through StubHub again.
This venue was the worst!!! A soccer field was a terrible place to hold a concert. Very little shade from the hot sun. We couldn't sit our sit for about an hour waiting for the sun to start to go down. The start time was 5:30...No music until 7. Jelly Roll 9:20pm( he was great)Hour long lines getting in, not enough entrances or staff. A very nice security officer let me, 76 yr.old lady and my 8 month pregnant daughter cut the line...she needed to use the ladies room( which were very nice). Handicap parking on the street. I got there about 3:30 and got 1 of the last 2 spots. Parking was not adequate!!! Food was bad...long lines, not enough good food, we had crappy pizza hut because it was the shortest line. I would never go back to Wiedner field ever! And will tell others how awful this venue was.
Easy process, good tickets!
The location was great and it was easy to enter and exit.
