Great seats
Great seats. Easy process to order tickets. Only issue we had was at the gate. The reader does not pick up printed copies or photo pictures of the tickets. You must login to your stubhub app and show the actual ticket you received from stubhub.

I do not recommend anyone use StubHub. My experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at the venue only to find out that the tickets I purchased had already been processed for someone else, so I was unable to use the seats I paid for. To make matters worse, StubHub has refused to issue me a refund. In my opinion, this company failed to stand behind its customers or resolve the problem fairly. I will never use StubHub again, and I encourage others to think twice before purchasing tickets through this third-party marketplace.
I am disputing this charge and they have alot of hidden policies to protect the seller. SCAM
I am disputing this charge under 'Product Not as Described / Fraudulent Misrepresentation.' The vendor's digital interface explicitly advertised parking at 'Champions Gate.' I selected and paid for this specific location due to its proximity. Only AFTER the payment was authorized did the vendor change the location to an entirely different garage requiring a 15-minute walk. The vendor delivered an entirely different physical asset than the one advertised at the point of sale and refused to issue a refund. I am holding the unused, incorrect voucher as proof of the mismatch." I was victim of fraudulent activity within the company . "Under the FanProtect Guarantee, you are required to provide 'equal or better' replacements. A 15-minute walk is a severe downgrade. Provide a pass for the correct garage or a closer tier immediately."

I was happy I was able to get tickets to see BTS :) The tickets sold out fast when I first tried to get tickets. This is not my first time using StubHub. I only buy my tickets with ticketmaster and StubHub. I like the feature that allows you to see where your tickets will place you/view of the stage.

Purchased concert tickets for my kids. 4 hours before the concert, after my kids already started their drive to another state to see the concert, I get a notification the tickets are not available. I call three separate times trying to get any 4 tickets together since my kids are already on their way, have spent money on gas which is very expensive right now, but they still can't do anything for me. This company should be banned from doing business if they can't guarantee actual tickets. I cannot believe this. Terrible terrible experience. I will never use stubhub again!!!!
Tickets in Advance?
We purchased tickets to 4 events at the Wagner Festival in Bayreuth, Germany. Holding the tickets until just before the event was nerve racking for us because we did not have all the tickets in hand when we left for Europe and we did not know what facilities we would have to print them out where we were staying. It all worked out, but we would have felt much better had we the tickets in hand when we left.

I had a very disappointing experience with StubHub. My son’s concert was postponed, and when it was rescheduled, the venue changed the event to 21+ only. He is 19 years old, so through no fault of his own, he was no longer allowed to attend. Getting StubHub to even acknowledge that the event had been rescheduled was difficult. After multiple conversations, we were told the issue would be addressed, but we are still waiting for a refund. When an event changes in a way that makes it impossible for the original ticket holder to attend, customers shouldn’t have to spend weeks or months chasing a resolution. The lack of communication and the time it has taken to resolve this has been incredibly frustrating. I hope StubHub improves the way they handle situations like this, because customers deserve timely responses and fair treatment when circumstances beyond their control prevent them from using the tickets they purchased.

Buying the tickets on StubHub was an absolute breeze—the checkout process was smooth, quick, and user-friendly. My only real complaint is that I had to wait until very close to the day of the event to actually receive my tickets, which definitely caused some unnecessary stress and anxiety. However, their customer service team was very reactive and did a great job reassuring me that everything was fine. It also gave me peace of mind knowing that if anything did happen, the tickets were backed by their FanProtect Guarantee. In the end, they came through as promised and everything worked out great at the venue!
