I purchased a titanium watch band. I received a stainless steel watch band that did not even fit my watch which it said it did in the description. They expected me to pay for the return shipping even though they sent me something I did not order and charged me 100 dollars.

Disappointed this time
Ordered to mobile phone protection cases. One case was received in good condition, but another was not issued for the correct phone model. Totally cannot be used. Also, the accessory item was also missing.

Terrible customer service and delivery times. Clueless
Ordered a phone based on delivery time versus cost of delivery, Huge difference in DHL and the others. Picked a 10-14 day delivery. 5 days after ordering, I messaged the Manager at SUNSKY Mrs. Lemon. She said I pick a bad delivery company from HK, not secure with phones. They take 45 days + arrival ! I told her, the buyer has to fill in the ship to location to get quotes. She replied back with a laughing emoji and said only shipping within China is 10-14 days. I get deliveries from other Chinese companies free and in 7-10 days, in Colombia. It should be by air, its only a cell phone.I just did a dispute on my CC and to this day, it has never show as shipped. Not sure who is doing favorable reviews when the manager does not even know how her shipping works and why give the buyer an option to pick a known bad company? DHL shipping was nearly equal to the phones purchase price.

Sunsky always has some great products and prices just takes some time as they have a huge catalog of products available and then again different models of similar products, Thank you Some product variations are not always available and then some show as available and then after purchasing they informed me it's not available in that colour and won't be available for some time, this breaks my heart as the colour is what me choose to buy in the first place. Please organize you catalog properly so only the colours available are showing online and in stock please
