When I checked at the post office the tracking number that was used in the tracking app was different to the one on the package. Luckily it had my name correct and my phone number correct. My post office could not see the tracking number as it was different. So they had to go through all the parcels and check again. I have received it and the shipping was actually fast. I received the phone with just minor scratches and on good condition but the problem is the battery health which is on 78% and also it was never mentioned that is it a refurbished phone

I ordered a phone case NEVER arrived, take care of your money
I ordered a phone case, paid and NEVER arrived. Sunsky do not reply by email, ZERO contact center numbers as well contacts. Do not exist a tracking way to know if the item was shipped. Personally I think that other reviewers very happy to write their positive experience with this company are paid by Sunsky....for my experience this company is a scam..This company has replied to my review here in Trustpilot, well I sent them their original invoice, their tracking number and declaration of the Post Office here in my city. I asked for the refund and never received another reply, so is a scam company 100%...I advise all customers to do not buy goods at this shop, you lose money and time

The case itself is excellent. The silicone material is odor-free, and the fit is perfect. Sunsky delivered exactly what was promised. Good Quality!
However, I had to deduct one star due to issues with the shipping process. The case was purchased under the incoterm EXW and the shipping organized by an agent they offered. The thick shipping pouch was cut open, which compromised my mail privacy. Additionally, I haven’t been able to pay the import VAT yet, and this issue continues to cause inconvenience.
Overall, the case is fantastic, but the shipping experience has been frustrating.
Edit on Feb 15, 2026: The camera is tucked in perfectly. However, the space around the camera is not. The spot pressure on the camera creates enough pressure on the edges between the metal frame and camera window to break the window out. After roughly three months, the window broke inwards. Therefore, I have to deduct another two stars.
I sent a letter about the problem with the order ( order No : 2511264544 ), but I didn't get any substantive reply...
Next time I'll think about whether to order.

Sunsky has a wide selection of goods. The service was very personal. Maybe it is good to mention the there are als import taxes involved. Delivery was quick within 2 weeks… and all the goods were packed and stacked nicely. Also everything arrived as ordered. I think it is a good way to order .
