The buying experience works great but the parcel consolidation experience is very unpleasant. Often, items are weighted and measured with the shipping box they came in to the warehouse, even when explicitly requesting Superbuy to not do it when asked about it, which results on mispredictions of the shipping cost estimates and delays due to having to submit a complain for them to fix this.

Overall Superbuy is a good platform to use for purchasing from China’s platforms. The services and value added services are affordable. Most staff are generally great! The shipping price however, can be very surprising sometimes, very hefty. Their website can be confusing to use though. Also at risk of having a staff misunderstand your instructions when consolidating packages and they threw out all product packaging. Very sad about it because they were all collectibles and I paid extra for having complete packagings. Superbuy only offered 50cny for their mistake.
