This is my first purchase shopping experience with Superbuy , it was great.
Last year it as was 2.50$ for a 12 pk 120g super light air dry clay, I’ve been a frequent buyer of this product, and I’ve just went in to get 4 of them, now they’re 7$ each?? This is absurd and you’re over charging your customers, instead I had to leave with 2, and 14 dollars less - which could have gotten me ~ 6 packs, instead of 2. This is outrageous, I’m never buying a product from this company again.

Update I left negative feedback for seller to warn other people who was thinking of purchasing. Superbuy said the reason they didn’t post the bad review was the seller might stop using them losing them revenue so the customer can lose money but not the seller our Superbuy

Overall experience is great from ordering to receiving my package but I'm not able to get some items I want from Xianyun because their account has negative reviews. I hope they do something about this
Goods delivered all faulty spent £100 was told the seller will refund me £3 as profit margins are low and no refund for shipping as item was shipped even though I paid them to examine items and zips are missing avoid this company
Superbuy is a great and easy way to get your hands on items from China. They’ve helped me pre-order merchandise I otherwise wouldn’t be able to buy (either because international shops don’t have them or the items are much more expensive there). Orders are getting processed fairly quickly and their shopping agents get back to you if additional confirmation is needed. I love how they offer 90 days of free storage. This way I can wait for multiple orders to arrive in the warehouse before consolidating it all together
