Could have been so much simpler
My concern is that you guys couldn't start up a computer that you built just a few months ago. I understand that Windows 11 went sideways. But with the whiz bang technology available today, was wiping out the hard drive and re-installing Windows 11 the only option? I had to start over myself, with programs and data files. And say, thanks to Eugene for saving my Cakewalk files. And I did get my computer back and it's working. Seems like it could have been simpler.

Excellent Customer Service
We had been using a server from SuperLogics for a test station. Our server went down and we were not able to test our product. SuperLogics was extremely responsive and built/tested a new server for us within 2 days. A shout out to Rich Costantini and his team for getting us back up and running!!

In my situation, I received professional advice tailored to my specific system build, which led to the creation of a desktop system that I could not find anywhere else. I found their staff to be professional, accommodating, and patient in addressing my inquiries, which ultimately resulted in a system that fulfilled my requirements. It's not been tested properly yet, but things work fine! I miss modern things like usb-c. And the unit gets quite warm. But I believe I will be happy with this for many years. Audun
