Based on your order, your system was configured with a dedicated graphics card, which automatically disables the HDMI ports on the motherboard. In this setup, all video output must come directly from the graphics card, using the included adapters provided in your hardware kit. Our support team is able to guide customers through this type of learning curve situation very quickly once we’re able to connect during business hours. We understand this can be unexpected if you don’t use dedicated graphics cards often, and we’re always happy to walk through setup step-by-step.
