Have been a fan of Sweaty Betty for a long time, especially love the 6" power shorts. Recently bought a top from one of their stores and when I got home I realised it was faulty. Got in touch with customer services and a refund was issued the same day as I was unable to travel back to the shop. 10/10 for customer services.

worst customer service and logistics... don't order online as most likely that would get lost. When I tried to reach out, their customer service agent took ages to reply. I will update this review if the resolution promised was completed. Would never recommend buying online.

My delivery didn't arrive after three weeks of chasing it. Finally got through to customer service who can't cancel and order, process and goodwill discount or issue a refund....took 30 mins on Chat to resolve plus numerous emails that went un responded too. Such a disappointing online experience. Waste of time and frustrating.
Had an issue with a pair of leggings and Gemma K quickly resolved it by sending a replacement pair and was am easy and friendly process using the chat function on the sweaty better site.
I had a gift card that wasn't working. The customer service representative resolved the issue quickly.

This used to a brilliant company with excellent customer care. Now you are lucky if CS reply within two weeks. And once you then reply to their response you are back in a 2 week queue. Weeks on and I have no product, no refund, no update.
I have always found the leggings are good quality and I know that they fit me well. I like the fabric and find it supportive without being uncomfortable to wear to the gym. I have only had issues with evri delivery, so I would recommend trying to collect from store!
I ordered leggings online and once I pressed the payment link (by MBWAY), I confirmed payment on the payment app, then their website had an error and did not load the order confirmation. I emailed to check if the order was processed; it was not, they said. But I could see the money has gone out of my account. SB customer service refuses to do anything. I had to contact their payment platform, who told me they indeed processed the payment and sent SB the money already. With this info SB said they would refund within a week, but it’s been more than two months and nothing. I chased every week and they did nothing. They know they have the money but refuse to do anything to refund it. Customer support is non existent. Don’t buy online.
Love SB clothing, big fan! Didn't receive my last online order, but the customer service is rectifying the problem was 5 stars! Thank you for making the process easy and I will be a returning customer.

I have bought a few items from sweaty Betty and have been happy with the product. However, this is the first order that has got lost in the post. I’m aware that this can happen, I have been extremely disappointed by Sweaty Betty’s customer service. I have no contacted them on numerous occasions about sending a replacement order and have yet to hear anything from them. It has now been well over 3 weeks since the order has been placed and I’m yet to speak to someone at Sweaty Betty.
Thanks Charlotte C for the quick response to my issue. Received the wrong item but Charlotte sorted it out and organised for it to be picked up and the correct one to be sent out next day delivery.
I found a great offer in the sale for leggings. Unfortunately my order label was damaged and didn’t arrive and was refunded but when I got onto customer service and Amy B helped figure out what happened and helped re instate my order :)
Just had Gemma K help me with an order I must have got wrong. I should have ordered 3 items on a 3 for 2 offer and I only ordered 2. I was just calling to verify that really and was going to arrange a second order, but Gemma arranged the free third item to go out to me direct instead. Really helpful and straightforward.
