Not sure how there are quite a few bad reviews but everytime I contact support to get a replacement or for help with my product they reply to me promptly and have been extremely helpful

Dangerous - charger overheating

Not reliable and don't last long. The charger I'm currently using is only months old and heated up so hot it nearly burned my fingers. Frightening. Will never buy again.

Very fast and pleasend support with my order

Unfortunatly the ordered item was not available for Germany (selfie stick with magnetic Support). So the company contacted me within very short time and offered refund or change of the ordered item. Since I wasn't sure, which other stick would fit my daughters mobile they suggested one according to the specific mobile. As I agreed to the change they immediatly altered my order and refund the price difference. All this happened within 48 hours after my original order was placed. The customer service member (Jade) was extremly helpfull, very friendly and determined to have a positive experience with everything. Many thanks

Spam Mailing my inbox. Never heard about them til they started spamming my inbox i just copied and pasted another review as i'm getting the exact same issue. There is no unsubscribe button on their email and i've emailed back multiple times to unsubscribe over the last 4 days and still getting spam

Junk and won’t honor their warranty …

Sell products with a lifetime warranty then reruse to honor the warranty a few years later? Do not buy their iPhone cables or products! Total Junk and then won’t stand behind their warranty! Buy another brand!

Purchased a wire from Amazon

Purchased a wire from Amazon. After normal use, the wire stopped working. The seller advised that I was out of their warranty, and that Syncwire has a manufacturer warranty. When I contacted Syncwire, they informed they do not offer warranties on defective products. When I asked if they do not stand behind their warranty, the rep simply kept copying and pasting the same message. Poor customer service!

Really impressed (and wasn't expecting to be!)

Bought a phone cable from them back in Feb 2022. About a month ago (almost 2 yrs later) it stopped charging reliably, so I reached out over Facebook about a warranty replacement after hearing that was the best way to contact them. When I never got a response I was ready to write them off as unreliable. But then I emailed their support team with my receipt & a photo of the cable, that was Fri afternoon. Sat morning (Saturday!) I got a response. They don't have that cable in stock anymore, but they can give me a full refund. Wow, who offers that kind of service anymore? So here I am, 1-Business Day later and the refund has already been processed. I didn't even need to do anything, they did it through Amazon directly to my credit card. If only every warranty request could be this positive & easy!!

I have used Syncwire phone Type C cables. They are fast charging and durable. Very impressive!

Usb cables Very not durable

Usb cables Very not durable, some even broken within 3 days . And finally, they stop offering life time warranty because my cables broken too quick (in general , about one two weeks with 8 hours charge per person day and say would like to full refund me by PayPal. But they didn’t refund full fee I purchased. I got charged some fee by PayPal. Rena kind of force me to stop warranty after she realized I will use too many of cables and she decided to stop my warranty by some excuses.

Purchased multiple item through…

Purchased multiple item through Amazon....1st the Syncwire is amazing however the location of mounting it is Not!!! It interferes with wireless charging I relocated it next to and tad low next to to the camera trial and error....2nd the magnetic phone holder is useless again there’s a supplied plate that goes between the phone and the case .....it doesn’t work well with a ottorbox commuter series on a iPhone 12pro also again it blocks the wireless charging........hope they go back to the drawing board on this !!!

I bought one of Syncwire's ring holders. I have had several and they all left a lot to be desired. The build and quality of Syncwire's products is second to none. I can't recommend them enough.

I've come to rely on Syncwire for USB…

I've come to rely on Syncwire for USB cables, have had very good luck with their products, something I cannot say about most including OEM Apple and Samsung products. I have never needed to test their warranty, have used several cables for more than a year. I've paid far more for cables at only worked for a month or less.
