I have always received great service and fast shipping in good condition from TapeOnline. My most recent experience was no different. The fact is that I stopped recording for about 5 - 8 years and everything went obsolete in the meantime. I can't buy tape from TapeOnline anymore. I did very much appreciate the opportunity to put in one last order for Quantegy 10-1/2" open reel 1/4 inch tape when that went by some years ago. And I just found some N.O.S. Ampex tape on the internet yesterday. But DAT went extinct, and CD-R's are no longer carried. I personally do not have ay interest in MP3's and so on. I still like the MD format because it can't be erased by electro-magnetic energy, but that too is extinct. I do not trust computers to save anything! But TapeOnline is still a great online source - if you don't need "tape"!
When I ordered some cd cases for my stamps they personally called to let me know that they were out of stock but on order and if I wanted to cancel my order or wait for it to be filled. I opted for waiting and they arrived just a couple of weeks later. great service
I placed my order and submitted a tax exempt form. Immediately I was contacted by someone saying that because I checked out as a guest the order couldn't be tax exempt. He offered to set up an account and go ahead and add the items for me. I received the link, finished checking out (tax free!) and our order was delivered the next morning! We will definitely order again in the future!

I love the magnetic sheets from TapeOnline! I used them for die storage. They travel well and hold my dies securely. This is my second purchase. I will definitely buy more when needed.
