I didn’t get the package

I didn’t get the package. I don’t know if it was stolen or didn’t come. I didn’t get a picture or hear a knock on the door. I never have these problems with SpeedCubeShop so I might just go back with them. I was really looking forward to my cube and lube. I only have a Rubik’s speed cube that is 8 months old. And some lube that I thought would make my cube faster, but it made it gummy and slow. So, yeah. If you could like maybe send a replacement or, if not, could you send me a picture of when the package was delivered if there even is one. Thank you

A package was lost by UPS

A package was lost by UPS, and thecubicle sent the the whole shipment again with expedited shipping. I was worried they wait forever before sending out the replacement, but they sent it out right away. Thanks!

I was very disappointed with this cube

I was very disappointed with this GAN11 M Pro cube. Especially after reading all of the previous great reviews. First off, it does not come with the Hex magnets and triangle magnets like stated in every setup video that I've ever seen. Only 2 sets of triangle magnets with very slightly different shades of caps. Honestly, I really can't tell the difference as with most of the adjustments that I've tried to make. The 2nd thing is that no matter what adjustments that I make, the cube still pretty much feels the same to me. It doesn't stop where I want it to, constantly locks up, even on slow solves. I really just don't like it. I keep trying but I honestly have at least 4 other cubes that I grab first even for casual slow solves. I keep forcing myself to "keep trying it because it's a GAN". If it was a sub $20 dollar cube then I would just chalk it up to a bad decision and live and learn, but this is not a $20 cube so I am very disappointed. Especially for the money that I paid. In all fairness, I'm only a sub-40 solver so maybe I'm just not used to a "fast" cube. It doesn't feel that way though. I am consistently 5-10 seconds worse when I use this cube. I spent the extra money hoping for the opposite. I'm not going to say that I will never buy another GAN cube, I know that they seem to be the standard, but I would really need some convincing at this point.

Steven’s Ferrocore V2 — Great Setup, Cheap Sticker

I thought it was UV-coated, but aside from that, it was awesome. I love this cube. Please, someone give Steven some UV logo transfers—that sticker with his logo felt kind of cheap. I ended up switching it back to the original white center cap. Overall, I’m glad I purchased it. Great job with the settings and lubing. The Ferrocore V2 is now my main.
