3 issues I would improve

Hey! Just to give some context: I bought the Yoo cube eco II earlier August 2025, the cube is great for it’s price and comes lubed (great), as we know, it is part of Cubehead’s cube edition. Although the cube was perfect, I had 3 downsides on the act: 1 - The douane asked for a comercial receipt to get it delivered, which I did not have, it would be great if you at least give us the receipt via e-mail. 2 - The sticker was already a little darker as if someone had already been using the cube for a month, instead of the classical only white + yoo logo. It would be much better if you could re-apply the logo with the same technology as cube fabricants do with their branded cubes. I know it would be expensive and I respect it, but the cubicle is considered by many people the best and go-to cube store. 3 - The packaging was simple. The box came with the white/golden cube bag, the adjustment tools, custom made card and the cubehead logo for the discount code. It would be amazing if you could send the original cube’s box (or even a cubehead/signature edition custom made box). Besides that, the cube is amazing, the super rs3m is the best cube for it’s price range and the lubes fit perfectly with all turning styles.

Cube broke after 2 solves

The cube was great, no problems out of the box, but after solving it a couple times, it just exploded. One of the rods in the core just snapped, and it's not fixable. It was probably just a problem with my cube, but it's still very frustrating.

Pretty Good Budget Speedcube!

Not only was thecubicle.com fast with the delivery, but the cube was amazing. For 9$, the Moyu RS3M M V5 is a fantastic speedcube for a budget. It's fully magnetized, has some pretty baffling corner cutting, and is overall pretty fast, for just 9$ (not including tax). I highly recommend this cube for beginner speedcubers, on a budget for their first cube. Really great!

The one and only place I visit for anything cubing related

I arrived to the Cubicle thanks to Cubehead's channel. It was my first experience with cubing and anyting cube related and these guys do things just right. I particularly like that they have their own lab and they are trying to deliver new lube formulas constantly for a very decent price. I also like that for every cube they offer a professional setup of your choice for also very reasonable fee. Go Cubicle!

Cubes Damaged in Shipping

I've been using the cubicle for 3 years. And it's been pretty good. But I've bought some cubes recently and one of them felt kind of off, and I didn't try the other one for about a week (I bought two more 3x3's). I checked the other one and there is a puncture in the box. And I take the cube out. And there is a full on almost hole in one of the parts. And turns horribly from being damaged. Sadly, I live on a college campus and they didn't let me know for about a month I got the package. So if there was a return window (I don't know where to check for it) I most likely missed it. But I will need to order two new cubes because the ones I have are not suitable for use.

Everything is fine except my DaYan Zhanchi The DaYan Zhanchi got clicky magnets and a bad glue-job somehow. Please check the cubes if they work before you ship them. That would be great. Thanks.

saved the 354 v2 for me

saved the 354 v2 for me. the stock spring is just too light. now i use the green springs. works great now. i highly recommend for those that have the gan 354m v2.
