Honestly, I just love the experience! Whenever I need a new cube, I always come to the Cubicle because I know that you guys are a trustworthy website and sell cube that are extremely cheap! Receiving a product with a defect is never nice, but a perfect opportunity for a shop to show their service. The cubicle did a great job: immediately sent a new display, but even tested it (even asking for permission first to open the box) to make sure I would get a good display this time. Very happy now with my Rubik's display!
the youtube video review for the products are totally honest. Purchase via the web site was easy as was payment and tracking updates. All very smooth :)
My favorite thing about my experience was the strong selection of lubes, the use of email confirmations, delivery notices, etc. that kept me in the loop on the order's progress. I think the best points of next opportunity are more stickering options, perhaps even a stickering service. Currently each cube that has one has its own listing for a stickerset but I think it'd be better if you had one button to press on the top ribbon called "Stickering", where you could use a dropdown menu to pick a cube and then select one of the preset stickersets or pick them custom one-by-one.
Never using this bs anymore. This is disgusting. I bought 2 cubes that were advertised good. The Yoo Cube and the Tingman cube. I got them both and they were stiffer than the rock's rock. I mean pathetic. I use lube and loosened it. Nothing worked. Never using this site again. Unless they give me a free Gans Cube with Lube I'll reconsider updating this review
I recently lost an edge piece out of my new mini 7x7. It's one of my favorite puzzles. I was hoping I could just buy the piece instead replacing the entire cube. Sure enough, they had the part and only charged me 5 bucks. The customer service was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got the order placed correctly. I have nothing good things to say about The Cubicle. 🙂
This is by far the best place to buy anything cubing related in this country. You will find the largest selection, best custom puzzles, limited editions, plus the best (and most innovative) lubricants. The only reason I have the 'American' caveat is that I do not know about any international limitations, and there are some Chinese retailers with rock-bottom prices on some items. I am happy to pay that bit extra to support a business that not only adds to the community but gives back - through giveaways, innovations and excellent relations with sponsors.
The ordering process was easy. I received free FedEX expedited shipping, and the order arrived earlier than process. The packaging was excellent to protect the product. I would order from this company again.

This is a Rubik's Cube I've been longing for, but what's really disappointing is that just one day after I received it and played with it, the center piece of fz broke and fell off. Despite this, I still like this Rubik's Cube.
My nephew only wanted puzzles from here for his 10th birthday. Honestly I was skeptical. Cubicle went above and beyond to complete my order on time. I messed up the checkout process at the beginning of a long weekend but they fixed it and still got it to the correct address on time! Great communication and service. Oh and I was the best auntie ever because the vibes were “EPIC!”

Crazy fast shipping, super transparent on shipping delays, offers alternative puzzles in case the ordered one is no longer in stock, or let's you wait it out for a restock. Staff are super friendly and honest.
The store has cubes that even Amazon doesn’t have. Great customer service as well even for being a small company.
