I just received my order from the Cubicle here in Australia. Economy class international mail still had it to me in 9 days. Excellent i am very pleased . Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition . The guys at cubicle are very good to deal with .
My sons (9 &10) discovered TheCubicle from cubers on YouTube, specifically Tingman. They love that they got a discount code. Even with shipping, the products are less expensive than Amazon. Fast shipping, easy website, we will continue to use this cube store!!
I purchased this cube for my 11yo son who instantly fell in love with it and proclaimed it to be the best cube he had ever felt. However that ended up being short lived after a few weeks of use. While he was practicing his speed runs one evening the cube broke. I attempted to contact cubicle about this issue to see if we could get it replaced or if we could get parts to repair it and have received no response.
The double cube we bought was for my daughter's boyfriend. He very much enjoyed receiving it. The cube was shipped quickly, and the packaging was durable.

Took 4+ days just to tell me one of the items that I ordered was out of stock even though it was in stock at the time I placed my order. Should have been notified the day after I placed my order. Lube service on my cube was a joke this time around, and seriously doubt they added any lube at all, maybe in a rush since they had already delayed my order?? The previous time with lube service the cubes were drenched and still have more lube left than this one came with. It is literally dry like it would be out of the box. Due to this, coupled with the fact they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER, I will not be a customer and will use speed cube shop for all my cubing needs in the future.
This is my favorite store for cubing. They have a great selection with knowledgeable and responsive staff. Just as important, they have reasonable every day prices and fantastic sales!

your website said that you get a 7% discount on the first order and I did not get the discount. It also said that I would get a free gift and 10 minutes after I ordered, I saw that you have to ask for it and I sent an email 10 minutes after I ordered asking for it and did not get the gift. I also never received a response from my email. Maybe your store would do better with customer service. I am 65 years old and just started into cubing to keep my mind active and I plan on purchasing many Rubik's cube items but they will not be from you. Maybe you saved a little money now, but you will lose a lot in the future.
the cube moves super fast and smooth, its a big upgrade from the little magic which is what i was using before
