It seems to work every time, I send a lot of gift cards to employees. But other companies have frequent fraud issues that cause the cards to be disabled with balances. The gift card shop has security measures that are required during purchase to help avoid these issues.

My orders did not go through, then rejected by one bank and then rejected by another credit card. I must have spent over 2 h ours on all of this.

Slow Response
The customer support is awful- you can’t get a person on the phone and there is no way to even submit a ticket for an order error. Update- They did eventually reach out to me to help. I'm still only giving three stars because the online support/ability to reach customer service is non-existent. I shouldn't have to blast them on trustpilot then wait a week to speak to customer service.

I used The Gift Card Shop to purchase some gift cards eight months ago without having any issue using my credit card to make the purchase. This time, I tried to use the new "AirDropKey" process and had repeated failures to read my credit card when I attempted to do so. I finally had to use PayPal to complete the purchase.
