It was easy to order tile samples that I might be interested in for a closer look. The samples come on individual boards with a total room picture. My only draw back was it was a bit longer to mail out but that is to be expected.
The tile is gorgeous
I found this website accidentally. I ordered samples first and they were beautiful. I picked a tile and ordered the wrong product. Correcting my order was super easy and after installing the tile in my bathroom I'm so happy. I love this resource, they have so many options. Great product and great people working there.

We were scammed.
Ordered over one thousand dollars in tile from this company based on the images and specs. posted on their website. Upon receiving the tile, it was not at all as it looked on the website. The company states that some of the images were "digital renderings" and there are "possible variations due to lighting or screen settings". Its all bologna. The tiles I received look nothing like that was shown. The are flat, off white/gray tile and look unfinished. There is NO gloss whatsoever. They are 100% matte, flat, NO gloss, semi-gloss, etc. at all. The pearlescent look is barely visible. There is NO variation in color as shown on the site. After contacting customer service, they sent me an updated description of the tile, including a intentionally highlighted spec. sheet. This is the quoted reply from Kim at TileClub: "At the bottom of the website pictures we also have *Room scene images depicted might be a digital render and not an actual photograph. Differences between the image and physical product may exist. Always refer to physical samples for accurate representation." Kim then highlighted a portion of the description from the site that said "They have a slightly matte finish". These are not *slightly matte*. They are 100% matte and feel chalky and unfinished. I'm not even confident they would be safe for a shower wall as advertised. This company is stating they're advertising digital renderings that aren't real or accurate, and that is the customers fault? They've agreed to waive the outrageous 15% restocking fee, but then told me I'm on my own in regards to returning it. They state they have a 45-day return policy but neglect to explain the customer is on their own to figure out how to return a 250lb pallet via freight. I have no idea or experience in returning pallets via freight. The average consumer would not have access to this. I'm now forced to spend $270 to return these boxes of tile via UPS Ground which is OUTRAGEOUS. I've contacted my credit card company and plan to file a dispute. This entire experience borders on what I would compare to a scam. I will never do business with this company again.
Beautiful glass tile
The tile I wanted had no “Order Sample” link, so I had to call Tile Club customer service. Kim G. was very helpful, and offered to call the manufacturer to request a single piece. They approved, and I received an invoice by email. The invoice had one slight error, which I pointed out in replying. Kim quickly re-sent a corrected invoice, which I paid. We received the beautiful Barbados Caribbean Blue tile undamaged, and it is one of our top choices now.

I found a beautiful and unique tile that I bought a couple of samples of to confirm it was what I wanted for my master bath. The samples came very quickly and very well packaged. My contractor placed the order for the actual tile and it all arrived in good condition. Very happy with the quality of the tile and the shipping. It looks as beautiful on my walls as in the pictures.
Tile came in damaged, immediately replaced
Tile arrived with two boxes broken. Was promptly shipped two replacement boxes. Job came out great, tile was not easy to install but survived the difficult cuts. Was used for a hallway wainscoting. We can provide pictures of the finished job if interested.
