I have used TD for about a year and made 15+ purchases.
Almost all arriving within detailed shipping time and as described.
BUT, if somthing goes wrong, eg NON delivery or defective product, expect nothing but more trouble from TD.
My latest purchase a solar power bank arrived defective, it wont turn off.
As requested sent TD a video, TD agree its defective but will only offer a refund of less than a third of the cost. Stating its not thier fault !
With a pervious NON delivered item, again it was not thier fault it wasnt delivered and a small refund in TD points was offered.
I would recomend NOT to make any high value purchases from TD.
Dont buy anything from them your cant not afford to receive.

I purchased three products with shipment from Germany to tinydeal three wrong products, I took two phones with 3GB of ram and I send phones with 2GB of RAM, then they sent the other phone with the broken box and cons obvious signs of wear , wrong products and also used
Battery charger defected the first time I have plugged it in. After I contacted client support the asked me to provide proof of the charger not working. This request is absurd, how can you prove with a photo or video that the electricity is not flowing trough the wires?? Customer support instead to help they kept repeating the same request over and over again (I think their customer support is composed of bots). Finally I have made use of the return policy hopping to get my money back. This was another bad surprise to find out that you have to return the article in China which costs almost as much as the article. All this effort for a 5 euro charger.
I decided to buy the charger myself and give up on hope that Tinydeal will help. The lesson learned here is to buy locally where you at least can return defected products easily.
I will never buy here again
Received my product well packaged and is working perfectly. But the only thing is the shipping I paid for a faster shipping, but it came a little longer then what was expected. Everything is good though.

Because of a missing "CE-Sign" my order was sent back by the german customs. This was 6 weeks ago!
There are only automatic repleys to the mails i wrote to tinydeal. No one cares about the problem.
I wrote to PAYPAL to check this case - TinyDeal dont wont go give my money back to me!
This is absolutly a no reputable seller!
Ordered two items from them. First one was dead after couple of weeks. Second one was dead on arrival. Instead of send replacements or refund. They wanted me to ship bad items back to china using a shipping method with tracking, which is huge and cost much more then the value of the items. And even they didn't ship the items to me with any tracking in the first place (the shipping was very slow, took months BTW). Very dissatisfied! Think twice before you buy anything from them.
A few days ago I ordered a Tablet at the EU warehouse of tinydeal. The tablet was shipped very fast from a German location. Now I want to return this device because I don't like Windows 10 and because of some other reason. Although the device was shipped from German location, Tinydeal is requesting me to return this tablet to China. But secure shipment costs additional €45! So, no further deal with this Chinese company!!

Very good experiences. I have created 7 orders now, 6 of them are here at my place, the last one was made today...
Pretty satisfied for the products like a quadcopter, head-scratcher and all-that-kind-of chinese products that are for like a few cents.
I even ordered a warm coat, which was of surprisingly good quality.
Overally, very happy, speedy delivery, no problem whatsoever with any parcel, comes perfectly packed.
I am kind of sceptic about buying electronics. They are focusing generally on quantity, not quality, so no phone or tablet or anything like that probably will never be bought by me.
I would still recommend the page to everyone.

I had ordered many small items from Tinydeal. Earphones, Powerbanks, memory cards etc. So I decided to order a larger item a 7 inch tablet worth 86 dollars. I will not state the brand because as far as I know, they are a reputable company. That's when my troubles began. The tablet took forever to arrive. I received the tablet and it had a nice design. But when I stated using it, it had multiple ghost touches making the tablet unusable. And when calling, the other end could hear an irritating static sound. Maybe I got I bad batch but this really spoils it for me with tinydeal. I contacted customer care. They took their sweet time to reply telling me to send them a link with a video showing the problem. After another week, they replied telling me to resend the product for repair. I don't think I am ready to spend another 30 dollars to resend. Even if they do repair it, and send it back, I still have to pay taxes, again which was a lot the first time. I have already bought a lot of accessories to use with the tablet. Buying this tablet has really caused me to lose a lot of money for an unusable tablet. I would not recommend others to buy expensive items from them as it may look cheap at the start but becomes really expensive.
I asked "TinyDeal", express to write low value on package less than 20 dollar. But no, they do not even bother reading my order note? Not very nice way to make business. PostNL want from me explanation on content and value. This usually happens when the value on package is higher then 20 dollars. Now I have to write back to PostNL with documents in order to then receive my package.

They wrote $32,- on a $17,- Item. They forgot return address on package.
Over 22 Euros handling cost 12,50+tax. Had to pay 19.16 imports costs on a 17,- item. I refused the parcel. No return address on parcel. I contact postoffice, no return address on packet means it will be destroyed. I have explained that to them in at least 5 mails, and all they reply is "when we get the returning package,we will refund you" Bad service, avoid this company at all costs!!!!

They don't publish any adress and they don't give you their adress on request. Instead of that they are trying to find a "solution" by writing loads of stupid emails.
At the end the gave me just a 50% refund.
You better try dealextreme. They offer an adress at least.

I've done 5+ orders in the past and i receive most item in good conditions.
I was always been refund if i didn't receive my items or if it was damage by message or by paypal case in $ !
Defective and used item received. 7 X 24 hours Live Chat Customer Service is a lie - nobody there to answer or assist the customer. Reported the situation with photos and video – no serious intention nor reliable proposal to solve such issues.
If you need second hand and not functioning Items here is the right place to spend useless your money. Scum supplier. Reported to PayPal – honestly I do not expect they side to do any better. German Customer Protection will be informed – at least further victims can be avoided.
