Purchased some briefs, sized XXL, advertised 110-130
Picture shows male stretching the waistband out a few inches, so a loose fit?
Some shenanigans about stock not available, but eventually they refunded me for colours they didn't have.
When briefs arrived, the were ridiculously small. Marked XXL and 110, but they were about 75, and about 90 when stretched to the max (not wearable at that tension).
Notified them of the problem, after a few messages they replied "They are very tight fitting".
No resolution, no acknowledgement of the problem, no refund, no alternative.
Suggest you shop with a different on-line store.

I purchased an item from Tinydeal for less than 3 dollars. About a month and a half passed after it was shipped and the item still did not arrive. I contacted Tinydeal using their email system and got automated responses of the style "We need to get the confirmation from the post office first, then we can discuss how to solve it", "Please wait another 25 days" and so on. I waited 3-4 weeks more and the item still did not arrive. I emailed Tinydeal again and received exactly the same responses again, eventhough it's clear that the item was either lost or was never sent in the first place. I tried chatting with a real representative but the response is "you need to send an email", while I already sent several emails and it's clear what will come out of additional ones.
I don't mind about those few dollars but this approach pisses me off. I had never had any issues to get an e-shop to re-send an item or refund me in the very few cases when an item has not arrived out of the several hundred purchases I made in Chinese shops. But not this time! Tinydeal makes every effort to exhaust the customer with automated responses and refuses to take responsibility. I will never purchase from Tinydeal again.

They did a very bad packing using only a plastic envelope and all products put together.
That caused connector pins bended, get out from plastic bag and scratching the next PCB.
All products looks like being pulled out from garbage but they are asking for movies to show that they are still function. Pictures are not clear enough to understand that these products cannot be show as new. don't buy on tinydeal any more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
TinyDeal sells defective products - I will not see my money again.
I ordered a quadcopter (JJRC F182).
It was dead on arrival. I provided photos of the package (which was in perfect condition) and a video as requested.
Result: they won't replace the item, nor will they refund it, nor even send me a replacement part for me to fix it myself (the receiver board appears to be faulty).
Here is a quote from their answer:
"It may be damaged on the way as it is a long distance and it is the fragile item. I think you should check it before you received."
Then after a few mails, they offered me 25% of the value of the item in TinyDeal points! What about the 75% left, which I paid?
I filed a paypal complaint, and then they came back to me with 50% in TinyDeal points.
I don't understand how they can consider that a defective product which is of no use to me and which cost 75 euros (50 euros + 25 euros tax) has the same value as TinyDeal points (25 euros equivalent).
I got a Watch at TinyDeal France, the watch is exactly the same as the one on the pictures; the delivery was very fast, I m so happy my watch Butterfly and Pearls is so French, I love it!
Received tracking link to track my order, link ended in China and never arrived (2 phones and 2 power banks).
Title said it all, their customer service is automatic, whatever you tell them they'll reply to wait. They never support customer.
After endless attempts to solve the problem I had to open claim on Paypal portal to recover my money.
Paypal refunded me.
I recommend don't buy anything from this seller.
Used the tracking link to track my order, link ended in China and never arrived in the UK, kept being told to give it more time then offered me $15 coupons for a $160 phone that did not arrive and had tracking recorded delivery to prove it.

I will tell all truth about this shop. I ordered hours with hope for honesty of the seller but as there was this shop is engaged only in the rejected production! I received hours in a non-working state. I described a problem essence to the seller on what received only excuses in rather rough form. I order goods on other sites long ago, but decided to try to buy here and as it appeared in vain. The shop doesn't care of buyers, it refused to listen about that that sent me defective goods, and simply ignores my messages. Dear future buyers I ask to think before buying goods from this shop!

Please for God,s sake don't buy from this people,you will lose your money,I bought a watch,stopped working the first day,told them and their representatives told me to send a video,I did, then he asks me to check a repair shop to see how much it costs,then they ask me to use my money to send them the watch,how stupid do they think I am,pay for broken watch plus shipment,then send it back with the cost,I will loose money and the broken watch too,I don't trust them to send it back to me,please buy from people who are honest.

Order fromthem if you don't care how long their products gonna work. Got two sports wristbands from them, both went bad within 2 weeks without any abuse at all. Contact them, got respond from them with pale excuses, either saying they might be damaged during shipping or our power voltage here not right, etc. Anyway, they will not admit they are selling defect products for less money and customers having no protection. They telling me if I order from them in the future and they will send another same product, which I highly doubt I will order from them again, since you might get junks will stop working in days. Also they are business based in china, dealing with them is pain and they don't follow common rules here.

I have paid a total of $8,62
For a usb 8GB $4.39
Olive clip mp3 player + tf slot black $1.98
Track and trace registered airmail (15-30days) $2.25
Delivery was in about 20-25 days
Everything was working fine.
Usb still works fine.
However the mp3 player with normal usage has a broken '- volume' button.
It's not a big problem as it still works, the only issue is that it now acts like a really sensible touch button.
With a single touch of something, it decreases the volume.
However just because of that and because the details where really confusing 4/5 <= origional: nice enough to do 5/5
The company is still trust worthy and I placed a new order about 5 days ago.
With singapore post which shall take 12-20 days well let's hope so...
If my mind ever has to change then I will.
If more orders are successfully delivered and everything is fine then I will add another review.

Some of the products featured on this site cannot be found cheaper elsewhere, not to mention that TinyDeal provides coupons and runs promotions on a regular basis. My parcel was dispatched the second day after placing the order, and that's also when I received the tracking number.
