I get tired of doing survey that after…
I get tired of doing survey that after a few minutes the screen freezes and won’t accept my reply of continue or done. The only thing it will let you to get out of that is by stopping survey or delete. Wasting my time. Could improve program changing what to do when screen freezes

The general level of the surveys, they are pertinent and relevant. Even when they are not you are rewarded for at least your attempt and time. Always prompt with their reward payments, generally a quality experience.

i am giving these stars because i frecuently receive survey invitations, but when i try to complete the surveys, they often say that the survey is no longer available or that i amnot eligible

The amount redeemed was misallocated on your end. and then $10 from that error became unavailable after only 10 days ... even though the notification on the redemption stated there was a 90-day window to redeem.

Payment takes way too long. Other panels, payment is almost immediate or within 24 to 48 hours. I'm still waiting for payment from 7/22/26 and it's already 8/5/26.
