I redeemed my points on 9 th July i have registered 2 complaints -2374538,2371997 .it has been 27 days still haven't got my e gift card when I asked to your customer service Ms Maria Webner replies we don't know when you will receive reward and say we cannot any prioritize individual. My reward has been delayed instead of giving my reward this how your customer service replies .are they trainned or you they think they are doing favour.see I am fed up of Toluna just give my reward so that I close the account i haven't participated in any of your survey since 17 th July .I want to ask is Toluna a fraud company and ate you customer service executive trainned .Just give my reward don't participate in Toluna survey worst survey sites Today it has been four weeks where is my reward since 2 your customer service don't respond also is Toluna think it's doing a favour or it a fraud company give my reward it has been 4 weeks

Not good experience.....always not fit for survey..
