These surveys used to be ok, a lot of times I'm repeating the same survey's. It doesn't make sense & the last week or two every time I got an email & clicked on the site there was no survey's available. Why send me an email if there are no survey's????

Time taken to complete surveys is not as originally stated on emails. Trying to enter something stated as taking 5 minutes and then when entering it is 20 minutes is extremely frustrating.

Direct, easy to use and follow directions. The only problem I had was accidentally hitting a wrong key and having to start all over again. It would be nice if you had stop and continue.
