It's great service but still somehow not totally satisfying as compare to cost .

Rendering took forever hours and hours. The lettering on a sign in the background kept changing which made it obviously AI and distracting/bit dizzying. First render did not work so had to do it 2x I think? Lost credits. Was not able to use the rendered videos at all in the end stuck with blurry version of original. Will not likely continue subscription.

The Premiere Pro plugin won't work (it times out at 30min) but will consume the credits anyway. The last I tried was rendering a 2s video with Starlight Precise 2.5. The Topaz Video AI won't render SDR to HDR using Hyperion 2 and also other models, when rendering locally won't work or will take 1h to fail in the end. All I can get from it is rendering the 5s-30s Preview. My PC meet the minimum requirements: Mac M1 PRO MAX 32gb It was disappointing

I signed up (and paid) for Topaz Web, and cancelled shortly after since I didn't want to keep subscribing. I couldn’t find a free trial, and although my subscription still showed as active for another 30 days, I wasn’t able to use any features like upscaling. Instead, I kept being prompted to subscribe again. This looks like a subscription/access bug that needs fixing. I also found the UI confusing, especially when trying to find support. The Cookiebot placement felt oddly prominent compared to actual help options. There are other, similar upscaling tools where you can actually try them for free before subscribing.

Topaz Labs makes some of the best AI software available for photographers. The image quality, sharpening, noise reduction, and upscaling are outstanding, and it’s been an invaluable tool in my workflow. My only concern is the pricing. How do you go from around $200 per year to nearly $400 per year? That’s a huge increase and difficult for many photographers to justify. I understand software development is expensive, but doubling the cost doesn’t make sense for many loyal customers. I love the product and want to continue supporting Topaz Labs. I just hope they reconsider their pricing and remember the photographers who helped make them successful.

Obvious scam. AI-generated video upscale doesn't work, fleeces you for money for both the extortionate subscription fee and additional credit purchases and even then you only have enough points to (just) upscale a video, which freezes when rendering so it's useless anyway. Customer service when I demanded a refund was rude and unresponsive. Avoid like the plague

I have been using Topaz products for several years and I have always been very happy with everything I have used. I think right now my biggest reason for using Topaz is that it still works even though my computers are a few years old but still were considered to be very high end when I bought them. I have tried other software but they all seem to be catering to high end new computers and do not work on slightly older computers. Thanks for supplying software that works and does a great job even for users like me that cannot afford to upgrade my computers every time a new product is introduced. Several of my photo friends are in the same boat as me and are also using Topaz software.

Obviously a scam that doesn't work in terms of their much advertised AI video upscaler which requires both a subscription and additional purchased points in order to be usable, only to remain stuck on rendering indefinitely when you try to get it to do anything. Avoid, and don't give them your money. You will just get the rude bare minimum of "customer service" refusing a refund. Garbage company.

The software was clunky to install. I had trouble getting the correct (new) version to register with Photoshop. The interface wizard suggests what to do, but it often overcorrects the image and screams A.I. I finally went back to my old Nik Software, which provides real-time feedback.

The new version of Topaz Photo (Mac OS desktop) is buggy. For example, it does not work in Denoise Max, it gets stuck on Locking edits forever, telling at the bottom: "Error running model"

Application works as planned to help me enhance old 8mm tapes converted to MP4. Now I have to cut into segments then another app to enhance the 20.94 frames.

Photo Enhancer: Gigapixel AI app can produce some excellent results, and overall it is a good program. However, edited images often contain errors, and I continue to encounter frequent cloud-related issues. Considering the relatively high price, I can only rate it 3 stars.
