I can’t seem to open topaz photo on my iPad.
Hi Travis, Thank you for your feedback. It is important to note that Topaz Photo (Studio) is a desktop app and it will not work on an iPad. You will only be able to access the app on a computer. - Munirat
I’ve tried your product a few times over the years and I see zero improvements using any model of your software. There are dozens of products that actually work. I canceled after an hour. It’s not good, and doesnt work

Over all satisfactory. Always therewill be scope for betterment. In an image one person is out of focus out of few, say amongst 5 persons, application should take care of that one person leaving rest. My experience is not to my expectation. Hope there is scope for improvement. Customer's requirements are always high

No option for downloading the LLMs on other disk … didn’t install it at all

I was hoping the auto pilot to be a bit smarter. The product works okay overall. It has limitations and wish it could do better on enhancing details for white t shirts that had over exposures and lost its graphic for vintage photos.

The Mosaic web-app does not function a lot of the time. When I go to upload photos into Mosaic, often they would only go into 'My Files' and then would not show up in the Mosaic app itself, so I was not able to do anything with them. I would then have to delete them all and start over. Often, when I was able to get my photos showing in the Mosaic app the processing would stall, and I would get error messages of 'failed to process' which I would then have to click on 'retry' on EVERY SINGLE photo. I would then try to delete them but I would get another error message saying photos were being processed and to cancel the processing if I wished to delete them. There was no where in the Mosaic web-app, or My Files, indicating I could do so. I contacted TopazLabs and they emailed me telling me to cancel the processing and included screenshots of where to do this. Their screenshots looked NOTHING like the website or web-app that I was working from, seeing as Mosaic is only online and does not have its own dedicated downloaded software to use remotely. I'm assuming the screenshots they sent referred to Topaz Studio which is software to install locally on your computer encompassing all their programs. Seeing as I only subscribed to Mosaic this was not available to me. also, after the processing finished, and I chose my preferred format out of the 3 available options, to then have to click on 'render full size' on EVERY SINGLE photo was cumbersome. Why not just do that automatically? I would NEVER recommend the Mosaic web-app to anyone.

Purchased processing credits after ridiculously slow processing via computer rendering. Was loath to do having purchased the software, it doesn't sit well to also have to purchase credits. Hoped they would sped up the processing and while it did (from 42 minutes to 30 minutes) its far to slow to be useful and practical for one image. Such very poor processing.

While your product is good, I have to pay for the membership and then I have to pay to get credits to use the denoise function. It just seems like double dipping.

Well, yes — the differences in the enhanced videos are minor. Among other things, it takes an extremely long time to render a 5‑minute video. Many features don’t work or actually make the video worse than it was before. In particular, stabilization/anti‑jitter for a higher‑quality video practically never works. They’re always totally ruined. On top of that, there are far too many options — too many models in combination with this and that, plus yet another piece of software. It’s totally confusing and more harmful than helpful. I want software that maybe has three models. That’s more than enough: a good one, a middle one, and a very good one. The confusion caused today by the constantly increasing number of options is dreadful. You can no longer work properly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Topaz Labs. The download process took forever, and editing a single photo was estimated to take over two hours. The program repeatedly crashed, and after that I received an error saying it couldn't even open anymore. I wasn't able to successfully edit a single photo. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience.

I find the denoise takes considerable time to complete. Without any indication, the program closes down, needing a reloading and resuming at the last image you were working on. this is most annoying, and not jus a one-time occurrence.

I frequently need to correct and restore poorly shot, out-of-focus photographs or scanned data of old images. Topaz Studio performs exactly as expected, restoring them into beautiful, perfectly focused photos. It is difficult to achieve the desired results with other software.
