The upsclae makes the images too plastic looking, there are other pieces of software that do a better job and they are cheaper.

I use your program for my wedding photography, and I feel that the AI is not up the par. The faces get distorted in most cases. It seems it only works well when the "out of focus" it's omly minimal.

does not perform as promised. the stunning transformations illustrated in advertisements do not apply to real life

I have a standalone version of the video app - I purchased a subscription to the current version thinking it would do SD to HD better - it doesn't.
I tried to canceling and getting my money back within the 7 day window only to discover it got switched up to a predatory 2-day return window. I emailed asking for a refund and was denied. So disrespectful and predatory.

I have used Topaz products for years in my photography workflow and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 8 out of 10 times it crashes and closes. This is cheap, poorly made software, no proper testing, just force the next update on subscribers without testing. Not for serious photographers. Noise reduction creates a checkerboard like background in out of focus area.

Hello, I have just stated to use Topaz. The Starlight- mini results are amazing. However the cost for using the cloud can really add up. I am from Canada so there is the extra cost for conversion. The whole thing becomes to much for the people I convert for. Is there an outlet for the online credits in Canada? I'm not sure what I am going to do yet.

Topaz did a great job on my photo and video files.
I went on an 8 day motorcycle ride with some friends to Glacier National Park in Montana from Sacramento, California. I captured 2,100 media files.
I used Topaz Gigapixel to sharpen images taken with an Insta360 X4 camcorder, when you render to a "normal" photo, you can lose a lot of resolution, and Topaz Gigapixel did a great job sharpening/improving the images, and I really appreciate to setup a batch job, and come back later an it's all done!
I used Topaz Video to sharpen/improve the "normal" videos rendered from the Insta360 X4 video files, and it did a great job as well.
