Very non user friendly. Does not improve image quality as it states. Minor pixelation can’t even be effectively removed.

There’s not a lot of guidance in the app, one just has to poke around and find out. This leads the lingering impression that there might be more capability hiding somewhere in the app. Sometimes the results are truly impressive, but I am sometimes unsure how I arrived at those results. It would be helpful to have a short description of each workflow, including what it does (and just as importantly, what it won’t do). Also, if there were a way too increase and decrease the effect of the workflow, one could get a better appreciation of what the workflow does

Have not had time to use 8.4.4 enough to fully evaluate, but initially I have had issues importing high pixel count images into LrC.

you guys use to be better, your so hung up in the gimmick click bait crap that you have lost your focus. "AI" rebuild stuff is junk. most pro's need denoise and enlarge features. we dont need color correction, hue correction etc. and I surely dont need it single handledly being the largest piece of software by a mile on my Mac. 1 gig studio and your software alone if taking up 5-7 percent of my drive. thats more than almost my entire adobe suite. dont get me started on your "new" subscription model. its starting to be a luxury not a tool

For some images the program makes a great job, but quite often invents when restaurant faces, so that you can not recognize the person
Not what I expected and was charged for 2 different app when I was only expecting to use one. And it takes forever to upload anything, so I I'm not using wasted my money

Great models, terrible software and UX, and predatory pricing, locking the different starlight models behind yearly subscriptions, and being completely unavailable on monthly sub, even finding the monthly subscription is a challenge. Doesn't appear to be an easy way to export some of a project and then just pick up where you left off, exporting to image sequences is good but you have to manually enter timestamps etc. it won't just continue from the frame it left off at. Many silent failures with no feedback, it's been stuck for over an hour in several cases, and when you are running starlight you can't really tell if it's stuck or not since the model takes a long time to run. It wil just let you click projects and stop your running job without any confirmation, and can make you lose hours of work. The projects themselves are terrible, the preview slider bugs out fairly regularly. Starlight is the best model I've used, Iris is amazing too depending on what you are working on, but it's greatly let down by the software. For how expensive it is the software should be better.

Your Recover is not near as good as Chat GPT's Museum Restore which is free.
Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. ChatGPT will only render small images. This would not be suitable for printing or using in most cases. This is when Topaz Gigapixel comes in handy to upscale those small images.

I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed. I really like some of your older products but this one I didn't like. I especially didn't like the fact that the file names were changed.

When I had my older computer I had the Topaz programs on it with a few other photo programs. When I bought my Apple computer and downloaded it on my new one your product did not disappoint.

Performance and photo enhancement is impressive but user interface and explanation of features needs some work. Also, monthly fee is discouraging.
