This is waste of money. Didn't do anything to my illustration. Maybe good for images but useless for illustrations

The product Mosaic does not finish rendering. Stops at 99 percent. Only completed on half of the images tried.

This program is a completely useless piece of shit. It cannot actually improve the images quality properly, does not work in real-world use, and serves absolutely no purpose.

Works with more functions than An earlier version I had but I’m not convinced it’s better with basic functionality such as sharpening and denoise. My copy crashes regularly which is annoying!

Although I terminated my sub, the quality of the upscaling (which is the only reason why I first subscribed) is very, very good and way better than previous results from 1-2 years before - these seriously great upscalers are Starlight Precise 2.5 and Astra 2. The issue for me is they just take too long to render - i just wanted to test things out with 3 seconds and it took like 3 hours which is too long to go from 480p to 4K... or from 1080p to 4K. Was planning to upscale a 45 min video so said results are way too much for me and likely need too much processing power. I will definitely come back once the render times are much faster and can be done locally on my macbook pro. I get that this takes processing time etc and am not expecting completion within seconds. But for my said experiment above, my preferred improved time taken would be 15 minutes to process upscaling for 3 seconds?? Obviously my guesstimate. I of course would like to congratulate the team responsible for finding this breakthrough upscale tech for videos and I'm sure it can only get even better from here on. Keep up the great work!

Excellent upscaling quality on videos. I wish there were options to upscale only to 720p to keep the file sizes smaller, but that's a small quibble.

No free trial to test product. Before/after examples on website very misleading. Wasted $$$ attempting to save a couple of slightly out of focus photos for a client. The program was clunky, laggy, slow, and rendered my subjects with that signature glossy AI look that would not have passed mine or my clients' scrutiny. Very disappointed with this experience.
