I simply love the rum cakes from Tortuga. They are moist and delicious. Just the right amount of rum. Not overpowering. If I had the means I would buy them all the time!

Very tasty, easy to order and quick delivery. Good deals periodically around holidays especially on the 6 packs. They make great gifts as well as something handy to have in your fridge in case of unexpected company or a potluck you have to bring a dessert to. It is my little reminder of the Caribbean.

Recieved my cake a week late. It was dry and not what imagined, especialy when I grew up in the Cayman Islands. When I called to check on my order noone answered, it just kept ringing. Go with another company.

My cakes arrived on time but.......

My cakes arrived on time. They tasted wonderful. But they were a gift, and it was very embarrassing when the recipient told me they were broken. Evidently they don't always arrive intact. Lesson learned, just haven't and won't order again. Pick them up in airports when I travel, handle with care and unlike you, always get them home in in one piece. M Strand

I've been eating, buying and ordering Tortuga Rum cakes since my first tip to the Cayman Islands several years ago. After all this time, I can say the the service, quality and taste of the cakes and other treats has remained consistent year after year. This is very rare. Please, please, please keep up the good work.

It was a while ago but I had trouble applying a standard discount code to big order going to numerous different addresses. I hammered through and gave up the discount. I figured they'd be friendly since I must be like a VIP. Couldn't even get a lousy reply. Then weeks later I got an automated response, issue closed. Terrible service.
