Delayed luggage for 5 days and problems with claim
I was traveling to Cairo, Egypt, May 24th 2026 arriving May 25th on Lufthansa. My luggage was delayed 1 week and I asked for a claim. Trawick sent me the website to upload the claim papers but the website kept denying the papers for the claim from the airline company.
I would send by email about this problem and they would keep sending the website back to me.
Then the company sent an email so I uploaded all the documents and sent the papers to them.
Since then I had no response until I got the email stating they cancel the claim because they said they have not heard from me.
I find that the services are very poor and I feel that for the price I paid and the hardship of not having my clothing, I feel as if I have been deceived.

Very easy to use. I on my computer did not have clear pictures to be able to verify bus etc. Need to correct. I had to try a few times.

I am very disappointed with my…Trip Delay Claim Denied Based on Incorrect Delay Calculation and Poor Appeals Process
I am very disappointed with my experience with Trawick International.
My Trip Delay claim was denied based on what I believe was an incorrect calculation of the delay. Trawick measured the delay only to my arrival at Newark Airport, even though Newark was not my original destination. My original itinerary was to Philadelphia, where I would have arrived much earlier and been home around 4:15–4:30 PM.
Due to the London Underground strike, severe traffic congestion, missed flights, and rebooking, I was forced to fly to Newark instead. The replacement flight from London to Newark was also delayed, and after landing I still had approximately a two-hour drive home. My total delay in reaching my final destination exceeded six hours, but these facts were not reflected in the claim decision.
I was equally disappointed with the appeals process. My appeal was submitted by email on June 11, and I immediately received an acknowledgment confirming it had been received. Based on that acknowledgment, I reasonably believed my appeal was under review. When I called, a representative told me the review could take up to 90 days. However, when I called again later, a different representative informed me that appeals are accepted only by regular mail and that my appeal had never been reviewed. If email appeals are not accepted, they should not send acknowledgment emails that lead customers to believe their appeal is being processed.
This resulted in months of unnecessary delay and extremely poor customer service. I expected a fair review of my claim and clear communication throughout the appeals process. Unfortunately, I received neither.
