The process was fine. However, when I tried to verify if I had handled the billing correctly, the agent was too mechanical. i rest unsure. Would love someone to confirm what I had done.

I called Trawick and cancelled my trip due to the death of my mom. My claim was denied because my mom passed away in the Caribbean. I was informed that Trawick only pays if the death occurred in Canada, US or Mexico. My trip was $2800.

I had to coach them through the product I previously purcahesed and in the end it all worked out. I think the customer service has gone off shore and I may have had a newer employee but he was eager and did help. I purchased a annual plan I previously owned.
