Just paid for and set up Tunepat and now it won't work. Could be an operator error but no place to find help. I have followed the video exactly and I still DON'T GET AN ADD button. The one time it showed up, it would not work. I have restarted, reread, and reviewed all I could. I want to use it NOW, as I paid for it now. Arghhh
-So thanks for getting back to me BUT WHY SHOULD I BE PATIENT WHEN YOU ARE STILL TAKING MY MONEY. Please reimburse me and perhaps email me when your program actually works.

Hi, Thanks for your comment. Since Amazon Music has had an update on it interface, which cause TunePat program doesn't work with new web player along with the issue of "the add button disappear" or " no response on the add button".

Just bought Tunepat Amazon music converter yesterday and it worked great for about an hour. Took a break, came back and it wouldn't add songs to be converted and was pretty much locked up! The convert button doesn't do anything now!!! Looks like I just wasted $15.

I'm been using the Amazon converter software for a couple of months now and it has worked great until yesterday. It seems Amazon may have made changes to its software. I am using the latest version of Amazon converter on a Windows 10 PC. Has anyone else encountered this problem where you can't convert any track? I'm hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon as this is truly a great product.

The application is fabulous and downloads the music from Amazon quickly. The problem I'm having is that most of the music files, upon playback, seem to have some skips and popping/crackling sounds. Not constantly throughout the song, but enough to be noticeable when playing through headphones or external speakers. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue, I have purchased the yearly subscription.

I'm using the Netflix and Spotify Downloader and everything just works quick and stable.
Thanks to the Video Encoding in the Netflix Downloader the CPU isn't maxing at 100% all the time and my GPU takes some weight off the CPU.
I've tried different programms from other companies but they often tend to crash because of the CPU utilization plus they tend to charge annually which gives it a bitter taste if you're looking for a programm that you can use at any time in the future.
Fantastic program, does what it says on the tin. Simple and very easy to use. one very small problem though when playing back the MP3 track you have just converted at rouhly 8/9 seconds into it, it slightly skips/jumps but appart from that I gave it 5 stars anyway. I can live with just a little blip...

Tunepat Amazon...has a serious problem that makes it almost unuseable.
When you click on the playlist from Amazon Music that you want to download/convert..it brings over the whole playlist..so fr so good.
Now click on the tracks you want to DL/Convert. Now, the problem. Tunepat just ignores the checked tracks...it decides on its own what tracks it wants to DL/Convert. Plus 60 tracks is the MAX. There is NO control over what tracks get done.
It's also really slow. So you have to keep doing it again and again and waiting. After a zillion you will have DL/Conv all/some/duplicate/etc. Later after importing them into iTunes you have to clean up the mess.

If the program converts music at a lower speed, please make sure that you have installed the latest version of the TunePat Amazon Music Converter. And please select Fast mode in the "Settings" window, which supports converting the music at 10X speed.

I paid for a month because I'm going of a trip and wanted high def. I downloaded a season of Warrior Nun which took maybe four hours. Because I had my headphones plugged in there wasn't any audio so I deleted the show and the whole application was deleted also what the hell? So I went to the home page to login and download the app again but there isn't a place to login. So I took the (Purchase the App) route again since it was the only way to get anywhere. Where it says enter the code I checked my email no code so for the hell of it I entered the original code and it worked like I logged in only ten times harder but I was back in business again. Next I tried to find out how to delete a show without deleting the app... no help. I figured there must be a way so I tried to contact support via email like they said but no email address. I read open the Menu link on the top right side of the page to get to the email link...what page? No menu link that I could find. When you use the support page which was no help but at the bottom of the page there's a support link but it just takes you to the top of the page you just got to the bottom of. Now I'm thinking time for a refund looking at the refund page it says what you can get a refund for and what you can't get a refund for. But guess what there isn't instructions on how to get a get a refund only what's refundable and what isn't. I know it's too late to make a long story short but here's the recap. No way to log in. No way to delete a show without deleting the app. No email address or phone#. No way to get a refund. I program vehicle computers using ten different programs and I've never seen anything like this!

Hello! If you downloaded a video with no sound, please check if the video can be played normally on Netflix's web player. We don't know what you did cause the program to be deleted. If you want to delete the downloaded video, you can directly delete it from the output folder.
Regarding the email address, when you click on "Contact US" in the drop-down menu, you will see the support page where we provide the email address of the support team.
In our refund policy, we explain what is acceptable to refund and also provide the email address at the end in case users want to know more information about the refund.

My netflix Downloader took about 15 minutes to download a 2 hour movie, but the 480p was very choppy. Still, I recommend it if you are going on a trip or want to give your friend Netflix without them knowing your password.

I can't get it to convert any songs, at the start I got some but now can't get anything. It keeps coming up with "0 tracks success, 1 track failed". In the bottom window it comes up with "no converted music".
