I've been converting and editing videos for more than a decade and I've worked with several software packages. I'm a movie collector as well and have countless DVD's and Blu-ray movies. I love Netflix but they have a lot of great movies and TV shows that aren't available on disc. The TunePat Netflix downloader looked like a good opportunity to add some of the Netflix content to my library.
The software has a great looking interface and it's very simple to use. The demo version includes free unlimited capture of movies and shows in 480p resolution which is the same as a DVD. I was able to download a couple TV episodes to determine if it was worth spending money on. Unfortunately the results were less than impressive. The mp4 files were in 480p format but the image was heavily pixelated (very grainy). Other people have made reference to the large file size and that is due to the high data bitrate, which would be great if it appropriately reflected the image quality. One of the worst aspects of the downloaded file was that it had 12 audio layers which all played at the same time with no way of disabling the unwanted audio tracks. I guarantee that you will not want to watch more than 5 seconds of video with these defects. Feel free to demo the software for a month or so, and if you're unhappy with the quality the paid version isn't going to be any better.
Sorry to keep going on but it's worth noting that Netflix is a multi-billion dollar company who has the resources to break software that circumvents their right to protect their content. The company behind TunePat is most likely comprised of 3 or less people who can not keep up with the ever evolving pirate protection measures that Netflix puts in place. The TunePat software might get fixed and appear workable at one point but then stop working a week later. You should expect that, and you should expect poor customer service from the 3 man team developing the software in Israel. They are probably doing their best to stay up with the changes but they can't beat Netflix.

Sorry for the inconvenience we caused. The quality of videos you can download depends on your Netflix streaming plan. TunePat supports downloading Netflix videos in HD quality (up to 1080p) for Netflix Standard and Premium users.
For the other issues you mentioned, please contact the support team via email [email protected], the service team will support you and try to figure out the problems for you.
I have been using TunePat Spotify Converter for 5 months, everything is ok until the last Thursday, I couldn't convert music because the Add button is disappeared, so I emailed to the support team for help. Thankfully, the team gave me a quick response. The team told me that they have submitted the issue and provide me a Beta version. I tried the version and the program works again. Thanks for the support team and the good update.

Always update the program, work great to download my Netflix TV shows.
I need my Netflix TV shows downloaded for my daugther who is in the hospital recently. Then I found this tool. It's a best new software they always make updates. Now I can easily get all Netflix videos I want as MP4 files for saving in the USB stick. Recommend!
Tunepat made changes that broke the app, created a support ticket for my issue and after many emails including sending the requested logs, their response was they couldn't fix it!
Worst customer support ever, never will purchase anything from them!

Hi Paul, we are sorry for any inconvenience we caused. We have to collect as much information as possible for analysis and it takes time to fix the issue.
What a joke of a company. First off, Amazon does not tell you that you need to purchase Tunepat so you are able to save your music to a file. Then after you purchase the Tunepat program, you can download your music to a flash drive. The navigation of the Tunepat site to enable songs to be "converted" or saved is a joke as well. I have spent several days trying to down load my music and it keeps trying down load the same songs over and over. I have reached out to Tunepat ever day and you have to wait 24 hours for a response. They have no direct phone number for customer service and now I understand why. Their program is junk.
I would NOT purchase Amazon Music if you are planning on downloading songs to a flash drive.

Wow am I glad I did rush into buying this! Have now loaded it to 2 PC one Win 7 and other Win 10 and both do exactly the same. Says it is converting then some while later reports zero files converted. No suggestion as to why they have not converted. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy!!!!

Hi Neil, if there is any problem with the program, please contact our support team.
I use the netflix downloader from TunePat and the video quality is awesome! I'm just sad that it's not possible to decide which audio one wants to download and that no 5.1 Audio is supported like it is with FlixGrab+, but there the quality is not satifying.
TunePat Netflix Downloader's video quality is outstanding, the only contra is that there are no 5.1 Audio (channels) and unable to select which audio one wants. (plus the big file size but i guess that's cause of all the audio channels in different languages you get?)

Doesnt work.
Price showed as $39. when I ordered it it was £39. So that was the first con. Second con is that it doesn't work. Didn't convert any files at all. Sent a report and logs as requested and got a reply that they were working on a fix and to be patient. I say put stuff on the market when it works. Dont take our money, then tell us to be patient.
Avoid like the plague.Gave it one star as there is no provison for zero or minus stars.
I used the version 1.1.6 to dl music from Amazon Music Prime Unlimited and it did an amazing job. Just what I was looking for. Then they released and update, version 1.1.7 and now the program does not work at all. Received email from the company that they are going through a rewrite and are asking for users' patience as the roll out the new product. I would think I had been scammed if it didn't work so well before. The proof will be in the pudding - waiting for the new update to come out so I can start downloading again. If it is not working soon I will request my money back through their 30 day money back guarantee.
I purchased tunepat in Sept 19 to convert Amazon unlimited music but after 6 weeks of emailing the support and being fobbed off with new updates that don’t work I’m convinced this company is a scam. The software does not work and the support is non existent... be warned do not purchase this !
