I purchased Amazon Video Downloader. Overall it worked well for the week I used it, with two exceptions - it spontaneously closed itself three times, so I had to re-enter my search criteria, and re-tag all of the shows that had not yet downloaded. The second issue I had was that there was some problem with the frame rate, so all of the videos had this "jerky jumping" moment once every second. I am searching for some way to correct the videos since I deleted my previously recorded OTA lower quality videos I was trying to replace.

After a few months into my annual plan, I find that the Spotify Converter is useful in building my mostly Jazz archives. The conversion is faster than real time with ample but not overwhelming configuration options for bit rate and folder / file attributes. Sonic quality is supreme with the highest quality MP3. ID3 tags are accurate. Occasionally, I convert to wav or aiff, which takes longer. On my Macbook Air, I have encountered no snafus and do not anticipate any. I use the software regularly, it is straightforward, easy to use, and thus far received zero error messages. There's a "retry" option that usually rectifies initial conversion failures on some songs. My security software reports no malice entering my computer when using Tunepat. Overall, a good investment.
"Tunepat Spotify Converter" is a great software, which made my my life highly easier. I am a DJ. Music and playing at parties are the most enjoyable things in my life. I use a DJ software called "Djay Pro", which had the Spotify integration untill June 2020. It means I was able to play my songs saved in my playlists on my Spotify account as long as I have internet connection. So, I didn't have to have the hard copy songs downloaded in my hard drive. However, the cooperation between these two software companies "Djay Pro" and "Spotify" unfortunately ended. It was a nightmare for me. And that is when the ""Tunepat Spotify Converter" came into play. It is a very useful tool which allowed me to download songs just by a couple of clicks. Its user friendly interface guides me through the software. Menus in software are easy to comprehend and not too many complicated options to choose from the menus. I have the option to chose music file format such as MP3, AAC, FLACC, WAV, AFF at 256 Kbps, which is very high. The quality of the sound for downloaded songs are as clear as crystal and I can certainly hear the different elements of songs such as instruments, vocals, bass and treble frequencies. The way the software automatically names the downloaded songs are meaningful, as well. It is up to me to chose what description should be included in music file name such as Title name, the track no. of song in the album. I can even include the artist and album name in the file name. One of the greatest feature about this software is that download speed speed is incredibly fast. For instance, in case somebody requests a song I don't have in my hard drive, I can search in Spotify and put it any of playlist and then go to Tunepat and download it in just a few seconds during my show at the parties. This is very luxury for a Dj who tends to play requested songs. Tunepat gives you and option to save the songs in a preferred directory. You can also check and monitor the history whether or not all of the selected songs are downloaded. And you can always go back and try to download the songs which gave an error for some reason.
this app is very useful for downloading the streaming content that I pay for to watch online, it is the only in the platform that introduce this feature, the app is very easy to use and always up to date with latest Mac and windows versions. highly recommend it.

TunePat is amazing! The interface is simple and clean, the videos output well as they should be, I would highly recommend TunePat to everyone that can save content before it gets removed. TunePat is great out of all the other "grabber apps" that I have tested. Please download TunePat because of how good it is. It really is worth the money. There is something about the TunePat amazon Music Downloader. The Amazon Music Downloader looks like a web browser and it slows down my computer. The "web browser" interface looks ridiculous. I prefer the same or a similar interface like the Amazon Prime Video Downloader. Either way, TunePat did a great job at providing these tools for content saving. I recommend downloading all of the software now. I like that the software is on Mac and Windows. Hopefully in the near future, a Linux version should come out. Also, a streaming service called Peacock has launched earlier in 2020 and hopefully TunePat can build a downloader for Peacock. TunePat obviously has no bugs in it's software. I also like that the files are downloaded onto your device as local files in common formats such as MP3, WAV, AAC, AIFF and FLAC. The video downloaders download MP4 files. Unfortunately, every time I copy something to the clipboard, TunePat Amazon Video downloader will open regardless of what I just copied to the clipboard. It is annoying to see this happen. However, it only happens when TunePat is running. TunePat is really good for saving content especially for offline cases. TunePat is very simple even a toddler can use it (just kidding). I just bought this and encountered Error 2004! I followed all their FAQ suggestions with no luck, BUT when I finally went back and selected a different location to store the MP3 files (other than the one that was supposed to be created at installation), everything worked perfectly! My issue was mostly user error.

Software is hit and miss, currently experiencing about 40% conversion rate error, after retry does eventually work. Conversion rate is a bit slow but error rate makes this slower, never had problems with software crashes so is stable, still one of the best programmes I use for conversion, never had to deal with tech support or company after purchase, Biggest tip I can give is be patient with the software as it will get there eventually

This review is for TUNEPAT’s Apple Music converter. I currently have an APPLE MUSIC three month trial membership. As everybody knows Apple is one of the best sources for millions of songs old and new. I downloaded the TRIAL VERSION of TUNEPAT’s Apple Music converter in less than one minute using a 100Mbps internet connection. Installation was simple and took less than a minute as well on a Windows 10 Pro based PC. Setup was very simple. Upon initial startup of the application a window popup provides you the opportunity to watch a HOW TO USE VIDEO. This video is very concise and informs the user everything they need to know to immediately start using the software. The user is given a “check box” option to disable the tutorial video option for future execution of TUNEPAT Apple Music converter. The setup options in TUNEPAT’s Apple Music Converter allow you to select any of four different output options for the downloaded tracks: MP3, AAC, FLAC or WAV. Upon selecting output options AAC or MP3 the user is then allowed to select OUTPUT QUALITY of 128 kbps, 192 kbps or 256 kbps. During the trial, I verified the converted file properties and confirmed that the files are created with the user-specified parameters. TUNEPAT’s Apple Music converter is very stable and easy to use. If you know how to navigate the Apple Music application, you have 90% of what you need to know to navigate TUNEPAT’s Apple Music converter. I have also converted to FLAC output format; I listen to FLAC format files with GROOVE MUSIC or, in some cases, I will convert to APPLE LOSSLESS format (using dbpoweramp or mediahuman). In these cases, the end result has been consistently good. The pricing model is reasonable and I would gravitate toward ‘yearly’ as it is the best value. One final note: software of this type is unique and requires significant maintenance by TUNEPAT to ‘react’ to changes made by the download service being accessed (e.g. Amazon, Apple, etc). If Apple changes their graphical user interface (GUI), TUNEPAT would need to update their software to continue working with Apple Music. So - No activation code sent from Tunepat. Basically they sent me a receipt, followed by a notice from the Philippines saying that they were out of business. DO NOT USE.. Hopefully I can get my money back.

Paid for a lifetime membership for Tunepat Spotify converter. It initially worked well now it won't convert any playlists. I have been dealing with support. Emails back and forth and all they can say is new version or patch install. I have done this dozens of times and the problem persists. Sadly what was once a good piece of software has become useless. ****Be patient this software has not worked for months and they still cannot fix it. Beware don't buy this software, once you have paid zero customer support.

I cannot add music to convert when using Spotify Converter so I sent an email to the TunePat team a few days ago. The service team told me that they have fixed the issue and asked me to update the program. I did and now I can convert Spotify music again. Thanks, I really like this program and the service team.

If you knew there was a problem with the app 6 days ago, why are you still selling it to people. Just bought the lifetime version of it today, and it doesn't work at all. Now you want us to wait until you can come up with a fix for this issue? Total BS and your app is a total POS. After looking at the other reviews, it appears this issue of the add button not working has been going on for a while. Not only that, a few people never heard back from Tunepat regarding the e-mails they sent asking for help with this issue. I'm guessing they won't respond to mine either.
