I have not had the best experience with this case, it has gone on since 2020. I have trying to talk with attorney and his assistant since October 2021. They had a court date, and case had to go further due to my certificate expired that I was unaware of because I wasn't properly informed. I've called upright and they haven't given me no information. Stated to contact the attorney who doesn't return my messages nor his assistant. This has been the worst experience in regards to dealing with this type of case. I paid my money and I haven't gotten anything resolve! They are not referable. The 2 stars for starting off okay!

During the process of starting the bankruptcy , I read in the reviews about the refund if I terminated the process. I spoke with the lawyer about 5 times from the time I initiated the paperwork. Most of my communication was with his secretary. The lawyer and I spoke about 5 to 8 minutes each time. The lawyer billed $349/hr. Out of approximately $1900 dollars, I will receive maybe $200.
