Had a great experience ordering flowers for a delivery! Had a last minute change, it was easy to find on the website about how to make changes and then Jhoanna reached out to me within a couple of hours to confirm that my change went through. Haven’t had that smooth of on experience with any other company and Jhoanna was really kind!

The flowers arrived a little wilted…
The flowers arrived a little wilted probably due to the high temps in the area but Urban Stems took care of the issue right away and were very kind. These flowers are much higher quality than what you can get in the grocery store. I will definitely be a repeat customer. And shout out to carol in customer service, she was awesome.!
Beautiful Flowers & great customer satisfaction
I love UrbanStem and the flowers are always so beautiful, but my most recent order didn’t look like the double bouquet that was expected. Luckily, I contacted customer support and Angel was able to make it right! I do not hesitate to order from Urban Stem as my go to for floral delivery!

Not a good experience!
I had requested a delivery to PA. A day before the flowers were to be delivered, I found out that the recipient was going to be out of town. Customer service was very good about telling me that couldn't guarantee a stopped delivery. However, they said that another order will be processed to be delivered a week later. That order was delivered yesterday and the flowers were delivered very wilted and nearly dead. The recipient told me that they were merely wrapped in paper with no water tubes or dry ice. The box was probably in the Fed Ex truck all day and in summer weather the packaging was not adequate. I contacted customer service and they will be issuing a refund. Very disappointing and I won't use them again.

I was really impressed with both the flower selection and the customer service. The arrangements felt modern and elegant rather than traditional, which was exactly what I was looking for. When there was an issue with the delivery address, Jhonna reached out to me personally and kept in touch until everything was resolved. That level of customer service and care made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
