Unfortunately the flowers I sent to my niece arrived in bad shape - wilted and brown. It was during a heat wave so that may have contributed. I had purchased SEEL insurance so I contacted them. They were NOT helpful. They wanted the gift recipient to log in to their app to submit Live Photos. She had already tossed the dead flowers. I gave them still photos but they refused to honor the insurance. So I contacted UrbanStems and got an immediate positive response. JHOANNA was so helpful and professional. She reimbursed me and followed up with more positive comments. Based on my interaction with Jhoanna I will try UrbanStems another time. Thank you.
I had a disappointing experience at first when the birthday flowers I received arrived wilted and discolored. However, I was really impressed with how quickly UrbanStems made things right. After I submitted a support request, Carol responded promptly, was incredibly helpful, and arranged for a replacement right away. While it was unfortunate that the original arrangement didn't arrive in great condition, the excellent customer service completely turned the experience around. The peonies I sent were so beautiful! And Jhoanna was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help with my order, which I so appreciated! Based on reviews, I tried to order around five arrangements. Note I’ve ordered flowers from other online sellers - all without issue but was hoping to try their more unique flowers. The ordering process was impossible to navigate - I suspect there was a bug in my cart but the AI “help” was nonexistent. Customer service provided dreadful support. I wasted an enormous amount of time contacting customer service but they obviously were not experienced to deal with this particular issue. I could not have been more disappointed.

I have been using Urban Stems for a few years and absolutely love their flowers. I ordered a bouquet for my mother in law bc she just had surgery.
