Purchased flowers for a friend’s birthday last week and she loved them. Ordering was easy and efficient and the flowers were gorgeous. So this week I ordered the same flowers for another special friend whose birthday is in three weeks. Unfortunately, somehow the shipment date was incorrect. I was in contact with customer service via chat and Carol quickly followed up and was able to change the order that was being prepared for delivery. Urban Stems was incredibly helpful and thoughtful as I sent flowers to my grandmother on the anniversary of my father's passing.
