I absolutely love getting my deliveries from Urban Stems-fabulous! Packaging is great and the flowers are always beautiful and fresh! I just had to deal with a little issue with my subscription and spoke with Angel, and she was great too. She was able to solve my issue straight away. So even working with their customer service is fabulous! Highly recommend Urban Stems!

I did a search for a local florist to order birthday flowers for a friend. I clicked on the site for urban stems fully believing it was a local Seattle florist that I was ordering from. Day of delivery I discover my flowers were shipped by Truck from California to Seattle and my flowers were on a hot truck for 2 days dying while I waited to receive them from what I was led to believe was a LOCAL florist. I am disgusted by the misleading marketing and half dead flowers my friend received. Would NEVER order from this company again!

DO NOT SHOP WITH URBAN STEMS - terrible experience I pre-ordered flowers for my mom's retirement, and not only did they arrive 5 days late, but they arrived completely dead and smelled AWFUL. Additionally, the card I had requested was not included, and my name was nowhere in the package. I will never use or recommend Urban Stems again.

A Beautiful Orchid

I’ve had beautiful flowers delivered over the past year. For my birthday last week, my daughter sent me an orchid. When I opened it, the ceramic boat was cracked in half. I contacted customer service and Angel made arrangements for a fresh redelivery to be delivered in two days. I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service and quick resolution to my problem.

This is an amazing company!

This is an amazing company! I ordered an orchid to be delivered to my Dad who had just moved to assisted living. The delivery was not made. I was very anxious about making his new home happy for him. I contacted Urban Stems and they handled the situation beautifully! Almost instantly I was offered a fresh delivery! It took all of my worry away! Jhoanna,helped me and I can’t thank her enough! Urban Stems will be my go to for all my flower deliveries from now on!

Delivery conflict resolved!

I love the flowers I have received from Urban Steams and their customer service is top tier! I had a scheduling issue with my current order and Jhoanna was able to make everything right. She rescheduled the delivery with zero problems. Love love love!!!

I accidentally put the wrong delivery…

I accidentally put the wrong delivery date on my order! As soon as I caught it, I messaged support and Angel at the Happiness Team was on it! Very grateful for the help!

Great customer service!

We received a delivery in error. I used the UrbanStems website to get to the chatbot, & was able to upload images of the shipping label. I also got connected to a human being, Angel, who was prompt with responding. Angel also followed up by email, and was able to track the sender and resend a delivery to the intended recipient. Bonus: we got to keep the misdelivered flowers. It's nice to know that there was actually a human being available to assist.

I needed help rescheduling a delivery and Jhoanna was extremely helpful in resolving it. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with the customer service.

Angel and Jhonna took me from frustration to calm!

My excitement at seeing the UrbanStems box quickly turned to frustration and disappointment when I opened the box seven hours after delivery and found my once-beautiful flowers looking far from their best. I reached out to customer service with photos, and Angel responded quickly, with Jhoanna resolving everything just as fast. That alone was impressive. What truly stood out, though, was how genuinely gracious their emails were—I was so touched that I told the person who sent me the flowers all about it!

I had a delivery issue with an order…

I had a delivery issue with an order that was very likely caused by the delivery company and not UrbanStems. Reached out to customer service with what happened and photos. Within just a couple of hours Angel contacted me via email and was so helpful. Accidents happen and she couldn't have been more understanding and resolved it right away. Great experience. Everything about my experience was…FANTASTIC!!!!

Everything about my experience was great. Ordering the simple. Payment was simple. Delivery was on time and perfect. I did have one Customerservice blip that was my fault. Communication was quick and easy. Bravo to Angel and the team!
