Today I had to switch my flower deliver address, to a change in plans. CAROL was so very quick & responsive and I was amazed by this excellence customer service. Thank you for taking personal care of my need and limiting my anxiety.
Look most flowers at flower delivery shops are going to be of decent quality but what separates them is the customer service. Carol in customer service was amazing. I forgot to apply a discount code so I reached out to customer support and she gave me a refund of the amount of what the discount would have been! Great service!

Unfortunately, I received flowers that had an awful smell, and were just falling apart. Clearly, I was very disappointed but the representative I connected with, Angel, quickly remedied the situation and gave us a full refund. UrbanStems has become my number one florist for sending beautiful flowers. FedEx made an attempt to deliver my flowers but I was not home for unforseen circumstances. I tried to contact the delivery company to no avail. I then reached out to Urbanstems to see if they could change my delivery location. Because my flowers were already in the hands of FedEx it was impossible.JHOANNA responded to my email and promised to send another bouquet free of charge to my temporary address and they arrived!
The flowers were delivered in a cardboard box…in the summer…and they were COOKED. Flowers were literally hot to the touch, brown and all wilted. It’s mid-summer in the Midwest. Why not include an ice pack to keep flowers fresh and cool???
