The environment is cozy and wonderful, however, my pasta is horrible! My kids’ pizza were good but the pasta is definitely disappointing! Unfortunately it is not possible to upload a photo, the pasta was clumped and tasteless.
I told the staff on a Friday evening that I couldn’t get a reservation online and wanted to eat quickly as I had work, they made sure they helped me get seating fast and even bumped my order to be made faster for me. I got to work on time and my experience was great! I love the food and the staff are always kind and friendly. Afsar was the person serving me and ensuring my comfort even while multi tasking, he did an amazing job! Even in such a large fast paced environment the food quality doesn’t drop! Really happy
Attractive premises. Wide choice of food which was quite reasonable in price and tasted pretty good (one pasta and two salads). However, the whole experience was spoilt by the loud 'pop' music and the service was slow.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Came with 2 friends before a gig. My food arrived cold, they had limited types of pasta. The garlic bread came with raw cloves of garlic and the food lacked flavour. The chef could do with attending a cooking class. We will NOT be returning
We were made to feel most welcome as soon as we walked through the doors to Vapiano Unit 2, 1 Tower Bridge London SE1 2SF. Our server for the day was called Ritu. Ritu was very professional and focused on making our visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her service was prompt and on point at all times with great attention to detail. In summary we had a super customer experience and look forward to visiting Vapiano Tower Bridge again. Thank You Ritu 😊
Spent over £110 systems down online and I have vapiano app they said I can pay at the till but I don't get my loyalty points they can't do it and there system is down. So I loose out on some many points and no one will help or I said if I hold on to the receipt can I claim it next time I come they said sorry I can't help you and that's it. Very disappointed 😞 and annoyed what is the point of having the app if I can't claim loyalty points on over £100 KMT
I recently visited Vapiano and was disappointed with the food quality. The dishes were quite dry and not what I remember from past visits. Vapiano used to be much better, so this experience didn’t live up to those standards. I hope the quality improves again in the future.
Food was terrible decoration was scary and service was completely poor. That’s in Barcelona Vapiano .We are paying for the food there gives you a vibe as if you r getting it for free. Will never go back spaghetti looks more Asian Ramen noodles not Italian
Bland food. Zero taste. Difficult to get in the restaurant. The waiter watched us struggle with the big heavy door, whilst we stood in the wind and rain. He just told us to push harder without helping. We are sure the door was actually locked. Weird experience.
The food is great (they make their own pasta on-site), and the staff are friendly. However, everything else is slack. 1. Surcharges are not displayed prominently. We need to see the amount including surcharge before we tap. Saying "surcharges may apply" in small print is not sufficient! ACL requires the surcharge to be displayed as prominently as the most prominent price. Show the amount and show it in a prominent font! We need to know if the surcharge is different via different payment methods. 2. Phone number format. I got the error "Does not match pattern" when trying to sign in on the App. No where did it say you need to start with 61 country code. 3. We were not offered menus. 4. The WiFi required a password, which was not offered. And 4G mobile data did not work as we were inside a building. 5. No paper tax invoice. We were not offered a paper nor electronic Tax Invoice. 6. Split bill was good 7. We were not asked for my membership number to get Vapiano rewards. 8. When we scanned the QR code on the table we got http 404 not found.
We are at in the Exchange restaurant watching the restaurant clear out with unhappy customers, staff members crying and the managers no where to be seen We waited over an hour for our meals which all came out at separate times, some parts were misting. The kids drinks came half filled in dirty glasses, their sides and desserts didn’t come. When we asked for a refund and to speak the manager & if he could come talk to our table, he did not come. Really terrible service, DO NOT VISIT THIS RESTAURANT
Such a huge difference when you order in person. They make an effort when your in store. Online orders a are hit and miss.
1. Drinks took too long 2. My dad didnt get his Pepsi which he ordered 3. It took 3 goes to get my mum’s pasta correct (1 no butter and cheese but hot. 2 no butter and cold 3 cheese butter and hot 👍) 4. My dad is vegetarian so he ordered penne arabbiata (no meat) and he got spaghetti bolognaise (meat!!) 5. Free Wi-Fi didn’t work

I was so disappointed with my recent visit to Vapiano’s. I live in Buckinghamshire and always travel to Great Portland Street to Vapiano’s. I haven’t been for a while due to poor health but went yesterday for my birthday. The restaurant looks the same but they do not allow you to eat upstairs anymore so it’s overcrowded and therefore very hot downstairs. You are also sat very closely to people due to upstairs not being opened. The menu has changed and I find it has an Indian spice taste as opposed to Italian. I watched the pizza chef seperate ham and add it to the pizza not wearing any gloves and when I queried it with both he and his manager I was advised that it was not essential. A very poor exprience and I will not be returning. It is definitely not an Italian restaurant.
We visited Vapiano by Berlin Alexanderplatz and had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. To begin, we were given one single card for three people, which immediately caused confusion and delays not what you expect from a supposedly organised, self-service system. One of our guests is disabled, yet there was no effort from staff to be helpful or accommodating. The food arrived incorrectly, despite clear instructions for no tomatoes and no onions both of which ended up in one of the dishes. Then came the chaos with the drinks. After ordering, we were told at the bar they had no record of our drinks. No one had asked for our card number when we ordered, so we had to go back to the kitchen to retrieve it. Then, after waiting again at the bar, it took over 20 minutes to finally receive our drinks and by that time, we were already halfway through the meal. When I politely told the manager with the braids that this delay was unacceptable and that, at the very least, the drinks should have been comped as a goodwill gesture, he replied with the most ridiculous comment I’ve ever heard in hospitality: “Well, you drank them, didn’t you?” Yes, of course we drank them what were we meant to do? Eat a hot meal with nothing to drink? The point is they came far too late, and his flippant, dismissive attitude showed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, or common sense. His assistant a young woman with brown hair was no better, raising her voice and shouting across the reception area. They made us feel deeply uncomfortable, and honestly, embarrassed for them. It was clear from their behaviour that customer service is not part of their training or mindset. We were offered €6 off a €72 bill, which added insult to injury. We expressed our frustration respectfully and directly, and I used the word “disgusting” to describe the experience because that’s exactly what it was. Not just the errors, but the arrogance and rudeness of the staff. This location used to be one we’d frequent, but we will never return, and I strongly advise others to steer clear. There were only around 40 people in a restaurant built for 200, and yet the staff still couldn’t handle it. No urgency, no courtesy, and no clue. Frankly, it’s no wonder Vapiano is closing branches if this is the quality of service they’re offering, this one will be next. And deservedly so. Truly unacceptable and embarrassing for the brand. Avoid.
Totally horrible service for the prices of a good restaurant. the food was wet,the table dirty. it felt like the employees were scared of getting paid. left no tip,wich is more than rare for me.i just wrote on the back of the check:´´ next time actually try being useful!´´. and i do not see myself as a Karen there.
Being such an international chain you should have the courtesy to keep a properly trained staff and apologise for the mistake. Meruna and Alexzander the managers of the Utrecht branch of Vapinao were not bothered about having done such a blunder.
