Fantastic Customer Service!
Great support, Great Responsiveness to feedback, even went as far as to confirm the design of my custom patch before they stitched it onto the jacket, and when it wasn't up to par, they redid it and sent me an updated version!

Great communication throughout the entire process. They were willing to make sure we got exactly what we wanted through numerous emails. They Let us know when they were beginning, incase we had any last minute changes. The only thing I would complain about is the packaging was not the greatest. The box was flimsy and actually broke open at one corner.

Our team did respond throughout the process and also offered to arrange a call to discuss any concerns directly, as we understand custom orders can sometimes require more detailed communication. We also want to clarify that when customers upload their own patch artwork, those files remain the customer’s intellectual property, and we typically do not alter the colors or design of customer-supplied patches unless specifically arranged in advance.

I just received my first jacket in the mail. Varsity Base kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't have been treated any better. I was a little skeptical but my sons…
I was a little skeptical but my sons jacket came out beautifully!! The patches were all custom to a T.. i like others was scared it would never get to me but it arrived and my son is extremely happy

High quality Varsity Jacket and Arrived on expected date
I really enjoyed the service provided by this company, they keep you updated with the production of your order via email as well as expected delivery time. The jacket was high quality, customisation options plentiful and delivery time prompt. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing again

The entire experience of shopping on Varsity Base was absolutely wonderful. Designing the jacket was so easy and nice and I was so happy that I was able to design custom patches for the jacket because we were able to make very special patches like one based on Psalm 27:1 which says:
Of David.
1 The Lord is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?
I was also contacted later by a representative from Varsity Base to ensure that everything with the jacket was just right which I thought was so amazing because I was able to see that they are truly concerned with giving the best quality items they can and the representatives from Varsity Base that I spoke to were very kind. We have already received the jacket at this point and it is absolutely beautiful!!! The color is gorgeous and we are super happy with it. All the glory be to God that the jacket is amazing and He guided Varsity Base in what they do and in making a beautiful item, and thank you to Varsity Base for working so hard to make this experience so great!

They have made multiple varsity jackets for my graduating seniors, but this time I ordered a a custom jacket for myself and I couldn’t be happier! Great quality and delivered in a timely manner, thank you and see you next year

I customized a jacket on the website. It was almost perfect. When I received it the flag patch was the wrong color. It was supposed to be a red, black & green american flag. There was no white in it from the customized picture on the website. That's the way I wanted it, just the way it looked on the website.
I was sent a replacement patch & told there would be arrangements made with a local tailor to remove the incorrect patch & attach the correct one.
The replacement patch still wasn't right! It had white stars when the stars were supposed to be black. Also I was now told that there would be no arrangements made with a local tailor and I would have to find a way to have the patches switched on my own.
I visited my local tailor and they said they weren't able to do it. The last email I sent regarding this was 2 days ago and it hasn't been answered yet.
I spend approximately $400 on this jacket. I would appreciate if it was done correctly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry there was a misunderstanding with the patch design. The uploaded artwork included transparent areas, which led to an error in how the flag stripes were interpreted during production.
We understand this was not the intended result. The patch can be removed, and our team will be reaching out directly to discuss the best possible solution and make this right.
Jacket came out perfect. Prior to receiving the shipment I was extremely worried about the image and color quality as well as the size fitting. My partner opened his gift and immediately fell in love. Once he put it on I was very happy with the fit, the colors are exactly what I customized it to be. The lettering and numerical numbers all came out exactly how I made it. Thank you everyone for your hard work and dedication to completing my order and sending it out as a rush order.

I love the jackets
I love the jackets. I just wished I would’ve done stitch better. Some of it looks a little tacky but I guess that’s my fault. I didn’t review the items the way I should’ve. I live a very busy life, but thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Five stars.
