Well I needed a mortgage reduction due to the economy being at a all time high. I received messages from Lee Camblin from Veterans First. Mr.Lee asked me if I would like to refinance my home. I was told that my interest rate would drop to about 6% . I immediately stated yes I would like to move forward with the IRRL. I am very happy that I did enroll in the program. So that I could make ends meet. So I am happy that Lee Camblin had my best interest at heart. Thank you Veterans First. I am rating his performance a 10 for his efforts.

The most impressive part was when she had to be out of the office, we were overwhelmed with updates by her manager and colleagues. I had previously used USAA for a home loan, but this time we went with Veterans First—and the difference was night and day. If I had to choose again, I would absolutely go with Veterans First. They were with us every step of the way, extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. In contrast, my experience with USAA was very disappointing—it felt like I was doing their job for them at times, and the overall process was frustrating. A huge thank you to Heather Lewis, who made my part of the process easy and seamless. She was nothing short of amazing—responsive, helpful, and truly invested in making sure everything went smoothly.
