I purchased lounge pass for my daughter for Dubai airport I changed the name to hers as it had auto filled my details, I then purchased and when email came through it had reverted back to my details, ran them straight away they said they couldn't do anything about it so gave me a direct number, which I couldn't get through on no alternative option was given
It was a small group and Ayame was an excellent guide. It made better when a guide speaks our language. Having a guide takes away all the anxiety of train travel and walking route. Although phones are excellent you miss the scenery you pass continually looking at it's screen. So you can absorb the environment that you walking through. I have ne er had a ad experience on these tours , and every day is a school day. Thank you
booked and paid £44.99 for airport lounge access through Viator for my daughter while she was travelling through Doha Airport. Although the QR code was sent, the lounge pass was issued in my name rather than the traveller’s name. When my daughter arrived at the lounge, she was refused entry because the name on the pass did not match her passport. The lounge staff would not accept it, so the service I had paid for could not be used. I contacted Viator expecting them to acknowledge the issue and provide a refund. Instead, they repeatedly focused on the fact that the QR code had been sent, rather than addressing the reason the lounge denied access. After a second review, they still refused a refund and stated that they considered the matter closed. Very disappointing customer service. If you’re booking lounge access for someone else, be extremely careful, as you could end up paying for a service that cannot be used and receive no assistance afterwards.
DO NOT BOOK Viator. I received a $260 bill on my Visa for a tour that I didn’t receive notification about. I only received a text message at 10:30 am saying I would be charged for a tour that started at 10:30. I have emailed customer service many times about this refund with no answer.

Valencia Evening Cruise with Dinner and Drinks Valencian Community, Spain Caution!!! The cruise was IMPOSSIBLE to find; we MISSED it!!! We took Uber to the given address, then searched for over 1.5 hours, asked several locals (in Spanish), looked for signs or boats or a crowd - nothing. Now they refuse to refund our money.

Tour guide not vetted, not experienced and not physically clean. You will not get a refund. Use other tour companies that care about their customers. Subbed out to some bad tour company. I could not even call this a TOUR.
Some of the trip I booked I couldn't attend because my trip was canceled and I had to reschedule for the canceled trip they didn't refund me my money

I have spent thousands of pounds with Viator, even though I am aware that it’s cheaper and better to go with local operators. After a recent one off request was point blank refused I will not be booking with them again. Appalling customer service

Thank you for allowing me to book on your site. However somehow, someone has managed to get my other credit card information and also booked trips to Dublin. It appears this is not a site to trust with personal information! I have not taken my actual trip yet, so not sure yet if their will be other problems.
I would say that, overall, Viator performed satisfactorily; however, on my trip to Italy, there was one glaring disaster. My one and only opportunity to take a tour of St. Mark's Basilica in Venice was shattered when the tour guide unexpectedly called in 24 hours beforehand, and Viator did not make any attempt to obtain a substitute. I would not trust this outfit.
Trustworthy site that I would book through again.
