My call was on a weekend. Our electricity had been off so my machine was off. They called back very promptly. The young lady helped me with very understandable instructions and I got my batch report very quickly. Great service as always! Thank you

Getting paid the next day with lower processing fees than with Shopify and I have personal representatives who handle all questions or issues without waiting on hold says it all. I'd give 10 Stars if I could.
