My name is Anthony C. I joined Whatnot on July 29, 2026, and my first bid was for an e-bike. To place the bid, I was required to enter my credit card information into the platform. After sunmitting my bid, it was accepted.
I then sent a message to the selle "greatdealsnewyork," but never received a response. Shortly afterward, I decided to lock my credit card as a precaution. To my surprise, Whatnot later informed me that this seller had been removed from the platform due to inappropriate transactions.I contacted Whatnot regarding this situation, but I have not yet received a response. It is extremely concerning that so many people are taking advantage of others online. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the platform, and I would hope that Whatnot would take stronger measures to proptect buyers and ensure that purchases are safe and secure.

Our Support Team does respond to all inquiries, and replies can sometimes be routed to spam or junk folders, so it may be worth checking there while your request is being reviewed.
I would have given 5 stars but i belive sellers need to be monitored more so theyre not selling fakes. Also i believe there are cases that sellers need to honor cancellations for the incidental swipes. I had 2 but only requested 1 and it was denied, i only spent clos to 4k with that seller and feel that was bad bussiness. Whatnot could tell if someone was taking advantage of the situation.

So far it has been a very good experience,I have purchased several items from several sellers and so far everything that I have bought has been exactly what I ordered and fits perfectly. I’m loving it. Only problem is I’m fighting an addiction with it.

I have bought many things in Whatnot, from perfumes, clothes, cosmetics, jewelry to electronics. I am happy with the outcome of products I have purchased. I love the fact that I get to decide what I want to pay for items and chose right from my phone. I really have not had any problems with customer service.. I like the ability to save sellers
I like the ability to save sellers and enjoy the quick auctions the best. I did have a seller "limit" my interaction due to a comment I made in the chat, that had nothing to do with the seller and wasn't negative toward anyone. I think it was just misunderstood, but I should have recourse when the Moderator tells me to "fu*k off". There need to be some controls for this type of behavior. Should be reportable and is probably already against the standards set by Whatnot. Funny, I tried to submit this and was told I had inappropriate language when quoting a Moderator. Ironic.

Do not misswipe
Do not misswipe! I dropped my phone and accidentally swiped to buy order cancel was denied and whatnot support could not help me. Makes me realize how many other people got screwed over by this. Love the versatility of the app but this one thing scares me.

Mostly really good
I really enjoy shopping on whatnot the only thing that I find frustrating is if I buy something and get free shipping I have to stay on that channel I am just learning the process but if I look at another channel I seem to have lost my free shipping which I find very annoying. Maybe I am doing something wrong but that does make it harder to shop I think . I have found the delivery excellent and I had to deal with customer service and they were great. It is excellent value for money especially after buying one thing then being able to add to that with the free delivery

I have had far greater experiences with most sellers than I have negative. I love that What Not sellers seem to really support each and tend to be responsive and care about their customers. I also appreciate that What Not gets involved when you have an unresponsive seller. So, all and all What Not is a great platform.

What not has been a fun place to spend time with others who enjoy collecting and sharing their experiences with others. I’ve enjoyed most shows and have gotten some really cool deals! I always come here when I am looking for Pokémon cards I’ve wanted or to just watch others share their love for a hobby. Such a cool experience!
