You have no customer service support
You have no customer service support. The way you do business is unacceptable. How can you have such a big company and not have any customer support. I put in a claim give all the information you reply to my email and every single email gets returned this is bad business practice. Your bot doesn’t understand the help I need it just did whatever it wants and did not solve my issue. You really need to do better before you get reported for scamming people out of money they are owed. It is not the small businesses it’s the way you run your business practice. Please do better by the people making your business run.
Our time
We (my boys and I)have really loved some experiences, and have really been disappointed in some as well. My boys want to try the whatnot experience and sell sports cards, etc. First we have to learn how and build inventory. A few times we have spent a lot of money after being "coached" into buying cards to find out the card is not in great shape upon arrival. Its really too bad that people are like that.

Was good
Was good. Untill a seller messaged me and cussing me out. Reported and nothing was done. I will not use the app anymore and will be deleted after I check all my orders. Very disappointed the company allows sellers to treat buyers like this. And even worst nothing was done.. Horrible customer service good bye!!!!

Shipping⬆️
I see that shipping prices have went down with some buyers but others have Raised there prices. This is deterring me away from some of mine and other purchasing. Prices for items remain the same but shipping is an issue.

I love everything shown on all the sites. If I was rich I'd go broke. I have won on the givys and love everything I've gotten. You have clothes squishy shoes jewelry at great prices. I will admit when I first started watch I went a little over my budget. My daughter got me hooked on here. I've been wanting new jewelry and am getting it rather I win or buy at great prices. I have received several items that are amazing and deserve 5 stars but I am waiting on the most expensive shoes I have purchased only to be told they are still in transit when I was suppose to receive them yesterday!!!!! Where are my shoes its almost 10pm still nothing so explain this please!!!! Just saying I order from Joshresale and get my shoes within 3 days but order from cobblersoutlet and they are lost in transit for over 48 hours now
