HUB DELAY IN INDY
I ordered product on 8-2. Arrived from NJ TO INDY on 8-5. Still held up there in a “HUB”. USPS “says “well you ordered from whatnot and they shipped it the cheapest way so who knows how long it will take to get to you.” I need my package by 8-14! Not happy. Plus there is no choice to send any other way other than standard shipping that I could see.

I have been a loyal customer for over a year now. The shipping is fast. The workers need to pay attention on la_heat with the placement of numbers. I get sent the wrong items or something is missing from my order. Happens a lot and when I put in a request they always tell me my account is not in good standing and they refuse to refund my money. This is due to the fault of their employees and no fault of mine .

Spent hundreds of pounds in good faith buying products to resell. The largest order arrived in a huge box with the contents hanging out, far too many items just chucked together in a big box with a bit of tape holding it together . I had damaged products I can’t sell such as snapped off pump tops , broken boxes of face cream half empty bottles of body lotion that had leaked over everything and room sprays that had leaked over everything and 99% of it had to be cleaned before I could do anything else , some bottles have incomplete info printed on the bottles due to leaking products . The bottom of the box was a wet mess from a mixture of products This started as an exciting adventure but turned into a nightmare . I have contacted the seller and am awaiting response but I’m disgusted with the service to put it mildly , I’ll have to salvage what I can . Be ware us all I can say

Truedealz a seller on what not,uses the bulk shipping scam. If they sell you an item, that the seller takes a loss on,you will receive a message from the USPS, that the shipment was received, "waiting acceptance " but your package will never be accepted, because the package was not shipped with the rest of that days show. See when USPS receives bulk packages from a seller,USPS scans 1 bulk barcode that lists all the packages that are supposed to be in the shipment. Then as those packages are scanned individually, they are accepted, and the final destination for each package is assigned. If the seller doesn't want to take a loss on an item, they simply keep the item,and USPS tracking will say your item was "received waiting for acceptance"but it's never going to be accepted, because your package isn't really at the post office.. and whatnot will tell you that the tracking number shows it was at USPS, and when you finally get a refund,you are unable to leave a review on the sellers profile, to warn others about what the seller has done..total scam..

I have really enjoyed shopping on Whatnot, although I find it a bit addictive. I have found very reputable sellers and have received great product for a fraction of retail price from these sellers. It is worth the time!
Scummy website
Scummy website using cheap tricks to cause you to pay more than what you originally intend. They promote using a slider to bid but what they don't warn you is that the price you slide to pay can change mid slide. I bid £4 for an item which turned into £74 mid slide. No warning, no confirmation of bid. Contacted the seller to a straight refusal. I have not authorized and would not have authorized such a payment from this site. Scummy tactics to make money.

I received a dress with a large hole…
I received a dress with a large hole that was not mentioned in the listing or live stream. When I contacted support to return it, my refund was denied. I was told my account was flagged for "elevated refund requests" even though one previous case was resolved at their direction (they told me to keep the item) and another I cancelled the refund as I had received the item and happy to keep it but the customer service ignore my request. This item is clearly defective and covered under their Buyer Protection Policy. Despite providing photos and explaining my case, the decision stands as final. I am disappointed with how this was handled. I have been a loyal customer with many positive purchases but I cannot recommend buying from Whatnot when faulty items are not refunded fairly.

I have repeatedly ask for help as my order was never delivered and marked delivered, this order cost a lot of money and I have no way to contact them.
Really the only issues I’m having is…
Really the only issues I’m having is getting things shipped out at a decent time and being able to view tracking. I’ve also ran into a problem where all sellers don’t include the receipt to see what I got from them or their mailing address doesn’t match the sellers name on whatnot so it’s becoming difficult to keep up with what’s not delivered yet or if my order is wrong. I have to stop buying in order to make sure I’m getting everything and then a few weeks/ month later I’ll start buying again.

We understand that when a seller's return address or name doesn't clearly match their Whatnot username, and a video receipt isn't available, it can make it much harder to know which package belongs to which purchase or verify what was included.
