I’m quite annoyed with your delivery service, why have a great company and cheepskate delivery service? It makes no sense ! I’m paying next day for a reason . They said we were out and sent a picture of outside number 86 , we are 132 , you can’t complain to dpd, life is too short
I order four items from Wiggle and they arrived all in good time. So far, so good. However, having measured my hands for a pair of gloves using the size guide, they were still too small. So I'd like to exchange them for the next size up. The kind of thing that happens all the time when shopping for any kind of clothing online. However, Wiggle to not allow for exchanges at all - not even with a little extra fee for the shipping (which I'd happily pay). The only way that this seems to be possible (even though the website doesn't explicitly state this) is to return the item for a refund and then purchase the alternative that you need. However, the returns page simply suggests that you post items back to the warehouse (address provided), but doesn't say anything about covering documentation. However are they going to know that a pair of gloves returned in the post to them are from me? I guess I could put in a covering letter with the original order number, but most other places will issue a 'returns reference number' or similar. So only three stars from me here as the purchasing process was easy, but the follow-up is poorly documented on the website.
Still a good place to Shop online. I like to buy from Wiggle as the prices are fair and the viarity of products is good however I have seen a fall on product like the DHB line etc. Also shipping cost are high comparing to other online retailers and take ages to receive your goods.. needs improving.
Buying from Wiggle used to be a great experience, not so good now. The product selection is greatly reduced, there are no reviews or web chat to help guide your purchase, and product descriptions are not as informative as they used to be. As a result, the top tube bag I bought was a disappointment. I feel the reviews would have informed me beforehand that the bag flops to the side instead of sitting neatly on the tube, and the web chat would have recommended a better product. Will be looking elsewhere for future purchases
I ordered a Speedo swimsuit. It's a nice design, but compared to previous purchases (DHB, TYR, and Maru) the product is poor quality. The fabric is horribly textured and scratchy, and the stitching is clumsy. It's not up to the standard I expect speedo to be. The tags on the garment also suggest it is a 'Sports Direct' product, and I never buy stuff from there because it goods from there are often a bit iffy when it comes to quality. It wasn't cheap, either, especially with the £5 delivery charge. I probably would avoid buying online again, so I can feel the fabric and quality prior to purchase.
