New cycling socks fit fine asics bought as S/M as L/XL would swamp and proved so. Not too happy with delivery charge £4.75 for such a small packet and within the same post code area. Ho well at least they fit and look good. Thanks Wiggle.

I ordered a large size cycling top. It said Large on the wrapping and the top, my 10 year old granddaughter couldn't get it on. Im now expected to send it back at my cost...Absolutely diabolical!

Asking for trust pilot reviews before delivering the shoes is a bold move.
Currently waiting for a £1500 mountain bike to be delivered. Was told delivery at the latest will be 25th June. Courier would be by two man due to size of bike at a cost of £49.99, phone number was provided as stated would be used by the courier (XDP). Delivery attempted on the 15th with no contact via phone or email… and by one man not two… so why £49.99? Now trying to rearrange delivery and it’s impossible, courier live chat not replied to & phone not answered. Why on earth would you use a courier of this dire service? Won’t ever order from wiggle again if they’re using these amateurs to deliver. Hopefully I’ll get the bike, if it’s returned to sender I’ll be ordering from elsewhere.
Do not take returns on shoes when wrong size when ordered online. So will no accept back to shop. Also requires postage to be paid for return and original dispatch. So £10 £5 each way, to try then on and wrong size. Never seen this before not like other stores with online clothing and shoes. Better never use them for mail order only worth trying them in the shop. Also on return would not supply email or Tel for courier recorded return. Poor customer service because of this. In fact looks they they aim for no customer service, all self service. Wiggle was not like this before. What has happened?
Ordered Saturday. Item still not yet picked up by Evri on Tuesday…. Use Royal Mail 48hr .. would have delivered today. simples

Paid extra for express delivery. Now 2 days after the advised delivery date. No communication, and no answer to my message. Not great.
very quick on sending me an email to say that they received my order and was being packed. so easy to use the website and ordering was a doodle, the product is first class.
I have logged back into the site today and the item I have ordered now have been reduced by another £20.00.
Order is pending delivery due to customs charges that were not informed of in advance nor flagged as a possibility at checkout. Delivery and taxes have already been paid. Information on this can only be found by the customer proactively searching through Help FAQs, and there is no contact page through which to message customer service directly. My purchase is thus in customs limbo with no way to return it for a refund, or to receive it without paying additional charges. Delivery and taxes were both paid in advance. I live in Japan where a good range of women's cycling apparel can be difficult to find so have ordered from Wiggle numerous times over the years with excellent service; I don't know what's changed, but I've have never experienced this in the past. Very disappointed by the apparent absence of any customer service, and sadly will not be ordering from Wiggle again.
